Oto was absolutely wonderful and helpful when my RAV4 needed a new battery (after two different mechanics previously told me it didn’t need to be replaced, even though my car would sometimes need jump starts). He took time to see me same day and even explained why my car was needing the jump starts and let me know the difference between battery options. Highly recommend Oto’s shop!

My car shut down and wouldn't start at a store right next to it. The guy from Oto's helped me figure out what was wrong with my car out of benevolence and did it for free, and we were there for several hours.

My car's front bottom panel came off and he fixed it within 15 minutes... with very generous pricing. He was very nice and friendly. I am so grateful i found this place and would 100% recommend Oto's.

The most honest mechanic I've ever met. I've been there twice to have him check on my car. Looked things over and ended up not charging me cause he didn't have to do too much.
