Cody, from Otto, called us on Friday to make sure we were dropping our car off for our Monday appointment. We assured him we would and dropped it off Sunday. We were told it would only take a few hours to fix on Monday. Monday, after a crazy day of trying to navigate with only one car, it was coming up on closing time and we still hadn't heard from them. We called and Cody said the part didn't come in, and would be there on Tuesday morning. He was kind of brusque. Wish they would of told us that on Friday, but no big deal. Another day goes by, it's almost closing time on Tuesday and no one has called us. Talk to Cody. Same story, didn't come today but will be here Wed. am. We tell Cody we're really struggling with one car so it's frustrating that we're now on day 3 when could have told us on Fri the part wasn't in. No apology, he could care less. Now I have to take Uber to get to all of my work appts. This guy does the same thing to us for two more days. They don't finish the car until Friday. No apologies. Cody is borderline jerk when I go to pick up the car. And worst of all they didn't fix the loud noise we brought the car in to fix. We will NEVER go to this place again, and Cody shouldn't work in customer service.

I had them do a high pressure fuel pump replacement, as well as the 100k timing belt service on our 2018 Honda Odyssey. We dropped it off Monday, picked up Wednesday, much much cheaper than the dealer wanted. So far, everything seems excellent, very nice to do business with and will be back in the future for bigger maint items.

Always courteous. Always keeping me informed as to what was found, the options and we worked together. I have had excellent service from maintenance to repairs. Otto Service is my Go-To for service of my Honda!!!!

Honest and Fair! I drive an extra 20 minutes to get to Otto Service rather than going to another body shop or dealership. The team at Otto Service is truly top notch. I’ve never felt overcharged or scammed into replacing something that doesn’t need changed. They dig into the issue to make sure something can be fixed rather than wholesale replacing it if a diagnostic code shows up. The honesty of this whole team is second to none in my experience!

Otto Service got my car right in after having it towed and identified the issue same day. It was NOT a blown head gasket as the Honda dealer in St. Joseph had stated and quoted. They replaced the radiator and fixed the issue along with some other needed maintenance at 1/2 the price quote from the dealer. I'll definitely be bringing my 2006 Honda CRV with 111,000 miles back to Otto's for service in the future.

Otto Service only works on Honda's, Acura's, and Toyota's. I have been a customer over 15 years. Their work is incapable. Employees are very professional. I never mind paying for excellent quality service.

Although I don't live in KC, this auto shop is my preference. This place has taken care of my family's cars for 20+ years. Anything I need done, that isn't urgent, I wait until I am in town and bring the car to Otto.

They gave me an estimate of what it would cost and when they found something else they asked me if I wanted the work done. They gave me the additional price and it was reasonable. They had my car ready in good time and were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to all my friends. I used to take my car to the Honda dealership and they charge quite a bit more and always want me to leave the car.

Absolute favorite place to take our cars! They know what they are doing because they specialize in only the Honda and Toyota brands. Just wish they worked on Infiniti's as well!! :)

After finding auto service seven years ago, we will not take our cars anywhere else! We even make sure any new car we buy is able to be serviced by Otto Service. We also bring our cars there before we buy them so they can check them over for us. I cannot recommend Otto service enough! they’ve done countless repairs on our old cars, and kept them running for us reliably. They are always able to get us an appointment in a timely manner and provide incredibly reasonably priced loaner vehicles while our car is in their shop. The front desk is very communicative and clear with the services that need to get done immediately and which ones can wait for the future. We drive about 15 minutes to get to Otto Service, but it is well worth the drive! Quality service and customer care like this is hard to come by these days. I’m so glad we found Otto service years ago! P.s. sometimes as I stay at home mom, I bring my girls in as I’m dropping off the car. They have sweet little toys i. the waiting room and kids’ books. They have always treated me and my girls very respectfully and kindly. I appreciate you guys!

I have used Otto service for two of cars over the last 12 to 15 years. I have found them to be friendly and honest people. I consistently use them because I feel I trust the work they do. I have referred others to them. Recently, they help me make a decision on buying a used honda. They did all the work. I am pleased with how the car is running. Thanks. This is where I go for my oil changes and repairs.

My car had several issues and Otto Service made my car like new. My Brother referred me to them because he knew The Owners Family. The only thing that they weren't able to do was get me a Factory Catalytic Converter and the one they had to use rubs my axle, but better than the Old One. I would definitely recommend them.

They offer fair prices, fix what is wrong only with your approval, and give reasonable recommendations for further immediate or future maintenance.
