Took my Chevy Colorado here and it was really banged up, they fixed it in just a few days. One of the mechanics his name was Randy was very helpful with the process. The way they keep you updated and tell you what’s wrong with your car is a lot of help as well. Definitely going back and recommend everyone and anyone to go there.

I recently took my Audi to Otto for some repairs, and I couldn’t be more impressed! The owner was incredibly nice, honest, and transparent about the entire process. One thing that really stood out was how well he explained the repairs to me, making sure I fully understood what needed to be done. As a woman, it’s not always easy to find a mechanic who takes the time to explain but he made me feel completely comfortable and informed. The service was top-notch, and my car is running perfectly now. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for trustworthy and skilled automotive repair.

Ottto and the staff were immensely helpful in repairing my daughter's FIAT 500. They are honest and work hard to make sure they try to fix the problem as inexpensively as possible. Thank you Otto! He has fixed 2 serious issues on separate occasions and is the mechanic to go! Our mechanic in LA!

Very professional folks and I never feel like I’m being taken advantage of. Their prices are fair and they never try to upsell. They found an issue with my car during a routine maintenance and flagged for me that it might be covered by an extended warranty from VW. Even offered to call up the dealership to verify for me. They have earned my trust and I will not be taking my car anywhere else as long as I’m in LA.

Thank you so much, Randy, for taking the time to clear the clogged windshield wiper nozzle in my 2003 EuroVan! I had some friends coming into town, and I called up at the last minute. Vicente told me to come on in, and Randy quickly helped me out when I arrived. He refused to take my money, so I wanted to leave a review instead. This place is extremely honest, they informed me about an extended warranty that was on my newly purchased van that I was not aware of. Advising me to take it to Mercedes. Saving me a loooot of money. I will be coming here for future services and if I have any issues. Excellent service!!

I brought my car to the shop on Friday , due to a tire pressure issue and found a nail in it. their attitude really polite. I left my car and key with them for about 20 minutes, and after they fixed the problem, I noticed that the leather on my driver seat had peeled off. This is a new car.

I've taken My 2013 fiat to many mechanics in the neighbor to fix my check engine light. And Otto's was the only place to fix it quicker and with less hassle then the other places. He even kept in contact with me before trouble shooting certain issues so that there was no surprises on the bill, unlike other places. I even like that they called me to check in and see how the car was driving and if it passed inspection. from here on out, my car will only be going to otto's

I’ve been taking all my cars here since I got my first BMW 10 years ago. I bought a broken down GL450 in 2020 and Vicente got it up and running like new. Now almost 5 years later I made it up from LA to Washington without any issues. Honest and honorable work! Thanks Vicente and the team!

Here's the updated review with the addition about pricing: --- I was beyond impressed with this shop—truly the best Audi/VW independent service center specializing in European cars and metric mechanics near DTLA. On my first visit, I came in to get an estimate for issues with my 3.2L VR6 engine, which had lost power and triggered a CEL, requiring serious work. They provided a thorough estimate for the timing chain replacement. The team here is amazing, and special thanks to Otto for fine-tuning and curating such an outstanding mechanic shop just a few blocks from the heart of LA. Their prices are unmatched—honest, straightforward, and the best in town. The work took a few days, and now my car runs like it's brand new, straight from the factory! Bilingual Review below: (English/Español) As a person with a busy schedule, who is knowledgeable of their own vehicle, and what it really takes to make certain repairs to my truck I have to admit I am not easiest customer for a mechanic and for that reason I am grateful to have Otto in my neighborhood and as a mechanic. They are reasonable in the pricing and ensured that my truck stays running even after it being 25 years old with a rebuilt motor. I was helped with acceleration issues that were even confusing the mechanics at the Toyota dealership and got my truck back running like it was essentially new. I have to be honest and say that this wasn't fixed on the first try and I think that's what made Otto stand out. Instead of just handing me a half done repair the company ensured that my truck be running at exactly how it should and I was given a loaner vehicle in the meantime. Thank you Otto for being a great mechanic. The neighborhood is grateful for your services. Much success to you and your business.
