Tire scam going on. When they take your tire off to check for holes, they put a nail in on their own so they can charge you $20 for each hole. They did it to me & to another lady shorty after. *EDITING 12/2/24 REVIEW AFTER SEEING OWNER RESPONSE* I damnnnn sure had money lmao they were sick that I exposed them crooks. Taking advantage of people. The tire had fresh nails that these dope fiends put in.

5 stars!!! I had 2 customers in front of me this morning. The guys were professional, thorough, and provided great customer service. I had 2 nails in my tire. He removed the nails, plugged and patched it. I would definitely recommend Outkum to everyone. Knowing Baltimore streets, I will definitely be back.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. They knowingly tried to sell me a defective tire, and when I pointed it out, they attempted to gaslight me instead of addressing the issue. The staff’s behavior was unprofessional and concerning. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

These guys came to my rescue. They repaired a very badly dented rim and found a smaller size needed for my car and called me after initially not thinking it was inventory. That call made the difference om a Sunday at thar. Honest and good prices for the specific repairs at hand.

I called Friday morning around 6:30 am. about getting an oil change done. The guy that answered was friendly and said $30 when you bring your oil and filter. I said ok no problem! I showed up Saturday morning around 10:15 or so. A man greeted me, and I told him what I was there for. He said my mechanics didn't come in until 6 pm. I asked why the guy that answered didn't tell me this. (Maybe I should've assumed because their 24 hours someone would be available to do it 24 hours). Anyway I went back around 6:50- 7pm . The same man after I greeted him said without looking at me, the mechanics are still not here. I walked away with a bad experience and I didn't even receive any service.

Waited for over an hour for a tire change. Very frustrating. Was the first person there but last to leave. Very sluggish, these reviews are fake. The tire burts not even 20 minutes later. This place is a scam.

I got a flat tire at 11 pm. I was stuck on the side of the highway for 8 hours. Had triple A tow me here and these gentleman were so friendly and helpful. Had my new tires on and I was on my way within 30 minutes. Teddy is the absolute best. ❤️❤️

Great 24 Hour Tire service, I would’ve used their service before if I knew it was a 24 hour tire shop the advertising on google isn’t straight forward. But great guys, reasonable pricing and has a good selection of tire sizes , I had stopped at another shop on bel air road (24 hour) also and it didn’t have the tire size I needed , would recommend to others + would use again 04/18/2024 update: this is probably my 3rd visit to this tire shop. I scoured all of east baltimore for a shop for I was in dire need of a tire fast. Three shops I pulled into near bel air rd and harford road told me a price over the phone and up charged upon arrival, or just flat out didn’t have the size I needed. I called outkum enterprise and I told him I only had $96.00 and I had a rim off the car and one mounted on the car. He is a true businessman (no other company would even consider it they kept trying to charge me more) Without hesitation he said come on over I’ll cover the rest of the cost. I am truly grateful for them. The young gentleman who greeted me and did the tire swaps on my vehicle was training he was so professional and courteous. You could tell his upbringing was really good. He did a great job on the installs and I hope the best for everyone at this company they were so friendly and giving. I felt right at home. Don’t forget they had hamburgers and hotdogs for free. They literally asked me”hamburger hot dog?” On arrival lol my girlfriend and I ate more than just one each they told me to help myself I filled up on a dinner meal got a deal on tires learned about the history of this area of baltimore and got to spend some time with some amazing gentleman. Seriously I am beyond grateful for these guys’ I hope they all have the best year ever. Some real OG’s over here thank you all.

You OVERFILLED my oil almost double what it should have been with that oil change. I've been driving wondering wth is wrong with my car and why it's been dragging the way it has. Come to find out it's way over (by the grace of God, because it was happenstance that made me realize) and affects all sorts of mechanisms in the vehicle. Removed the excess and it's driving better, but I'm praying there's no permanent damage. STOP OVERFILLING PEOPLES TANKS!!!!!! Edit: Yet another business that lies to protect their incompetence. You be blessed as well. I guess mine was the last oil change "you've done in awhile." For your information since you put it there, my car takes 3.3 NOT 5QTs. But if you took the time to assess what your customer's car actually needed instead of dumping everything in there, then there would not have been an issue.

I just got my two used tires from them and I was so shocked that it was a 24hr car spot. They are so cool I recommend them to anybody cause they cool and they do a great tire change chile lol ,hey guys !! Thank you I appreciate y'all,y'all will definitely see me again a forever customer .

I have a very pleasant experience. I got a flat tire and I called and spoke to Teddy he informed me that they had my tire. As soon as my car was towed there they began working it. I highly recommend.
