Ouch! Okay, we have an oil leak, but if it is an easy-to-determine issue with a simple fix, the price should reflect that. Don't charge extra, and try to sell us more overpriced services like RainX, air duct cleaning, and tire alignment, which are not needed. I realize everyone is out to make money, but there should be a limit. I'm going to assume all the extra recommended services were not because my young daughter was the customer, but one starts to wonder. I previously gave Overbeck 5 stars for helping with a complex brake issue on a different car. Now, I hope I never have to return and suggest everyone beware of what is going on. YMMV

Great place to take your car amazing service and Mike so very kind and helpful. Thank you for helping my son. If you have a hybrid, that's the place to go. Don't meineke all those other places don't know what they're doing when it comes to hybrids. There are so many layers to the car. Don't be fooled. Take your car to your professional where people know what they are doing. They saved my son thousands of dollars And his warranty company. Thank you Mike and your amazing team.

Great customer service and great work. Had turbo replaced on my edge and as they were doing work they found my rear axle seal was leaking. I had them replace that as well. If it wasn't for the top notch inspection from front to rear of my car I wouldn't have known until my differential Went out and would have cost thousands of dollars in repairs.

I would give them 20 stars if possible. I have rarely been as impressed with an organization as i have been with Overbeck. I was in the process of buying a new car to have it evaluated. The staff went over and above on everything. They explained everything and even sent me a few other cars to look at as well. Mike took time to call and explain everything to my wife after i had left the shop as well. This will most likely be the only place I use in Cincinnati for many many years to come.

Everyone here is very kind. I mainly dealt with Mike. I was quoted a heafty price from Meinke to replace the engine on my Prius that they thought was shot. The engines they were telling me I could get had only a 90 day warranty on them. After getting a second opinion from Overbeck it turns out I didn't need an engine at all. And if they had to replace my engine, they would have guaranteed the work for a lot longer than 90 days. They kept the car for several days, ran all kinds of tests, and diagnosed a completely different problem with my Prius from the one Meinke gave me. If you have a Prius or any other hybrid, do not risk taking it to mechanics that don't see these cars exclusively. They will tell you this is a problem, or that is a problem, and it turns out it was something else entirely. They may not even be trying to rip you off, they may just not know what they are dealing with. And so many parts are so expensive to replace in a hybrid, if you can find good mechanics like here at Overbeck they can save you a lot of money in the long run. After dealing with mechanics ripping me off and/or just not caring, it is nice to find mechanics like those here at Overbeck who promptly respond to inquiries and know what they are doing and even text you to see how your car is running. I still have to get more work done on my car and I plan to bring it here in the future.

Extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. Had an issue with a Honda Civic battery dying and needing a jump start. Went to Honda dealership two separate times and they said everything was OK and they could not find a problem. Took the car to Overbeck and they were very clear about the testing fees and process. They found a faulty door sensor in the left front exterior door handle that was causing the problem. They replaced the bad part and the problem Has been solved. Very few shops could have found and fixed this issue.

After getting the red triangle of death on my 2007 Toyota Prius, the code reader indicated “Replace battery pack”, meaning the main hybrid battery. A mechanic friend of mine suggested Overbeck Auto Services because they specialize in hybrid cars. When I called Overbeck, I spoke with Mike who was extremely professional and honest with me over the phone. I decided to have the car towed there. They did a complete inspection of the vehicle, giving me a rundown of everything that was either worn or due to be replaced. There was no pressure to do any of it, just an upfront list that would make the car like new again. I opted to do all of the work suggested and my car is now running and performing like it is brand new! I’m very happy with the work. The price wasn’t cheap, but fair considering all of the work they did. Mike kept in contact with me during the entire process and even offered a loaner car. (Work completed- New factory battery, front/rear struts, 4 new tires, transmission fluid flush, brake fluid flush, new rear brakes, and a new serpentine belt). That car will run for another 17 years!

As a Prius family, we were so excited to find a company specializing in hybrid vehicles. They were able to rescue our 2006 (which was on its last legs) and get our 2012 running like new again! Very professional and explained what was needed in an easy to understand way. Listened to our concerns and were willing to work with us. Highly recommend!

We brought our Toyota prius 3c to them because it was making a weird noise in the right front wheel. It felt like they went the extra mile attempting to locate the sound, and also doing a very thorough inspection/suggestions for repairs that our car needed. We will be coming back for all our cars needs.

We highly recommend Overbeck!! We have a 1989 Ford Econoline that started to run rough. We took it to Overbeck (Madison location) and David did an awesome job! He was meticulous, persistent and found the problems. It is now running again!! Emmy was great in keeping us up to date about the progress of the repairs.

When I needed new tires I first reached out to my dealership and Costco, but after a lack of response from either of them I turned to Overbeck based on a friend’s recommendation. They responded immediately and provided multiple tire options at different price ranges. I was able to get my car in the shop within a few days from when I reached out and they even provided a loaner car for me to use that day. It was a great first experience and I’ll definitely be back!

First class service experience! They are very responsive and knowledgeable. Mike kept me informed at every step in the process, and offered detailed explanations to help me understand the work that needed to be done on my 3rd Gen Prius. The work that they did is a very high quality - the car runs so much more smoothly now. I have every confidence in Overbeck and will be back anytime my car needs additional service.

I had to have a hybrid battery changed. It cost $6,000. I was told that I could pay $1,000 per month for 6 months without interest. What Overbeck did not tell me was that the transaction would not be between Overbeck and my bank and my account even though I had to give that information. It was outsourced to a bank called Synchrony? I was only contacted recently by this bank as I had not made any payments several months later thinking that payments were withdrawn from my account monthly. This is clearly some kind of racket whereby the customers are not given the full information and this bank (probably with a cut for Overbeck) can then collect the money with huge interests since the unsuspecting customer is not aware that no payments have been made until it is too late. I am very sorry that I ever had anything to do with Overbeck and the shady bank which no one seems to have heard of. I don't want anything to do with Overbeck and encourage all to choose more honest businesses.

I had a good experience here! They were very flexible and nice to me. For example I had to wait after hours for a ride home and they welcomed me in with open arms. I will be taking my car here next time for sure. I loved how organized their system was with multiple customized invoices based on my requests (My only qualms are they were out of loner cars when I could have used one and that when they did the full work up on my car, they included a few things that weren’t 100% necessary to do on that visit without a clear line of what was needed and what wasn’t. But one phone call quickly cleared that up and they are great communicators!)

If you you want your car cared for properly, use these people. They are thorough, accommodating, friendly, trustworthy. What more can be said? I have been a client for decades; and, I drop ineffective services like hot potatoes. They maintain it properly and fix it right.

Great first time experience! I was presented with an astronomical estimate for some work on my Audi Q5 from the dealer and another independent shop and took it to Overbeck for their free 2nd opinion. While the work needed was the same their pricing was substantially lower! I also felt they were more transparent with their pricing than the other independent shop. They worked with me to ensure all of the proper preventative work was done while the engine was disassembled. They kept me well informed, provided pictures and provided me with the used parts at my request. I recently had a small issue and it was promptly and kindly resolved. They are super friendly and easy to work with! They've won my business and I'll be taking my other vehicles there in the future! (They also returned my vehicle washed and vacuumed! Not sure if that's standard but it was certainly very much appreciated!)

Hands down best experience I’ve had with an auto mechanic shop. They took my car in the day I called (had to have it towed) and then sent someone to come pick me up later that day when they had a loaner ready. Then they proceeded to let me drive the loaner for 5 days while they investigated the issue (ended up being faulty electrical wiring in the door, which took a lot of following the wires and trial and error). Then after all the time and work they put in, the loaner didn’t cost anything and they only charged me like $250 total. I was seriously blown away by the service and the care they did everything with. They would even send me text messages at the end of each day with updates about what they had done and still needed to do. I’ll never go to another place now.

I called 5 different auto shops who all couldn’t fix my Escalade. The team at Overbeck took care of it. They’re great with updates on what is going on and also have free loaner cars (most of time). I’ve stopped going to dealer auto shops. I trust this team.

Overbeck is awesome. They have repaired 3 of our cars and done a fabulous job with each of them. One car is 13 years old and it runs great. The other two are much newer and Overbeck has serviced them as well. Can’t recommend them enough!!!

For the past 2 years I have taken my 2009 Honda 2009 CRV to Overbecks for a diagnostic check. Overbeck always provide a detailed review of items that need to be addressed and items of concern. They let the customer make the decision on which items they want to address and items they do not want to address. Overbeck performs their work in a timely manner with excellent customer service. I feel that if any issues with their work occur they would address them in a honest and fair manner. I would highly recommend Overbeck.
