I moved from my old neighborhood 's mechanic who was one of the few people that I trust and allow to work on my Beemer. Researching for another local mechanic, I gave Marcelo a call and was impressed while talking with him so I decided to give him a try. Making a long story short, my cars drive like brand new cars and they are very old cars, seriously. Marcelo is respectful even to women, thanks Marcelo.

Overall, it was a good experience. However, the communication between the owner and the mechanics needs improvement, as well as their communication with the customer. I had to stay in constant contact with them to ensure I wasn’t charged for more than I needed.

I am super happy with the service and quality of work at this shop. I had been going for several years, and it has consistently exceeded my expectations. I no longer go to traditional shops because the experience here is just that much better. Highly recommend — I can't recommend it any higher!

I've had my VW Beetle and BMW serviced here and they have excellent service, no surprise costs and more importantly, it's fixed with no issues. I give them a 10 out of 10 recommendation.

What can I say about the team at OZ Autowerkz… These guys are absolutely wonderful. Since I moved to Dallas I have o lay come here to service and repair both my Audi & my Mercedes. Aly the owner is very easy to work with and his master mechanic Marcelo is a wiz. With over 2 decades of experience in European cars (Specializing in Audi) he diagnosed my cars issues in no time, ordered parts and had it fixed in a timely manner. From oil changes (I only use LiquiMoly products which they supply) - major repairs (Did my HPFP’s and PCV on my Audi 4.0T) these guys are honest, trustworthy and they just get the job done. Thanks gents!! I found my DFW Shop You made it an easy choice!

Best mechanic shop in Dallas for Euro cars!!!! I had the worst experience with a previous “mechanic” so much lying and shop smelling like dog pee all the time. This place is super clean, well maintained and very professional management! Brought my Audi 09 Audi A5 back to life and on top of that fixed other things the previous owner had mess up along with the “mechanic” I took it before and did it all in a timely matter.!!! Marcelo is a very experienced mechanic and always treating me with respect. Most important thing is that the quality of which the fix cars is better than dealerships and won’t comprise to do cheap fixes. Highly recommended it!!!!!

I want to give a super shootout to this repair shop. I Ihave had an ABS light and brake light that stayed on on my dashboard. I had the ABS module replaced, but the light stayed on. Thanks to the patience of Marcello and his team, they didn't stop until my issue was resolved, and the cost was not exorbitant. Thanks guys.

Spoke to Marcelo who was helping me on a car even thought it was after hours. He promised fast service since that was one of my concerns due to I have 2 babies and it’s my only vehicle. He was able to get me situated the next working day. I was at the hospital with one of my babies and it was very convenient for me that I was able to text for updates as well as making the payment over a link online. Hope not soon but if I need any work done to my car this is the place I will be taking my car. Oh and price was definitely better than the Audi dealership! Thank you Marcelo for your help!

These guys are amazing , one of the most friendly shops I’ve been to and they get your car repair done right and quickly. If you are looking for a repair shop that will stay in touch with you and actually honors your business go with them! I took my Lexus sc400 in to get a few minor mechanical things fixed which most shops won’t do because of the age of the car and other reasons, but they gladly took it in and are getting it done right.

Im very happy of having someone who knows very well the VW service and repairs in the area. They did very good job on my 2 vw cars a tiguan R line and CC R line. I think really work spend a bit more on specialists who guarantee the job done than general mecanic. Highly recommended.

Found this place on Google, saw a few good reviews online, so I decided to stop by After my visit to the VW Dallas dealer. I had already a quote from the them to replace the water pump on my Volkswagen GLI. Doesn’t hurt to shop around rite ? No do they only beat the price, they did it a little faster than the dealer. I received an inspection of my car at the end, Marcelo explain to me what needed attention in the future. I never felt like he was trying to upsell me some extra stuff like the stealership. Overall great experience, good service, definitely finding my love again for euro cars. Seems hard to find good independent Euroshops that are affordable and do good job 👍🏻👍🏻 definitely saving their info for future needs. Hopefully Not to soon !!!

I found them on social media and was immediately impressed by how clean their shop was . I decided to give them a try with some repairs needed on my Audi and I am so glad I did! They had great communication and upfront pricing. They explained everything detail of the repair and even set up the estimates of the next service that would be needed. They had alot of knowledge and information about my car. I will be recommending them to my family and friends.

I love taking my car here for Marcelo to work on, he is the best mechanic that has ever touched my car. When I have a problem even when it is at midnight he will answer and help you figure out a solution to fix your car or to temporally fix the problem so that he could fix it the next day. Marcelo is also really fast at fixing my car even though he was busy and he keeps you updated through out the process.

I service my Audi Q5 at this shop, and they replace car water pump & Thermostat. Marcelo is the master mechanic of this shop, and Issac is the General Manager. They both made my dad feel at home while he was waiting for my car to be completed. Their team has experience working with imported cars. During my visit, I notice numerous Audi, Mercedes Benz, BMW, Porsche, Bentley, Land Rover, and others in the shop. If you plan to visit, Do not hesitate to ask questions about their prices, diagnostic fees, and process upfront; this action will give you a clear expectation. Based on my experience, I can share that their prices are competitive overall.

I took my bmw 335i in for what I thought was major transmission work. They ran their diagnostics and found that the issue was caused by a malfunctioning sensor. It was a much faster and cheaper solution than I anticipated. OZ autowerks also charges very reasonable prices for their services. They take the time to walk customers through exactly what's going on with the vehicle in an easy to understand way. It's been about ~2 months since my car has been to OZ and it’s running perfectly fine - definitely will be returning back to this place in the future, thanks folks!!

I've used OZ for multiple cars that i've needed to get repaired. They always are able to find the issues and repair them fast. The mechanic there is very talented and saved me thousands of dollars compared to what BMW was trying to charge me.

If you are looking for a shop that works on euro cars, this spot is legit! I took in my 2011 328i for a complete front-suspension refresh, and it drives like new. They definitely did a good job!

Turbo diesel pump went out in an Audi A3. Fuel unknowingly ate through all of the hoses and belts. Dealership denied fixing the repair under warranty. Marcelo replaced the engine and all other necessities on the vehicle within 3 days. It runs better than when we bought it. Marcelo is an amazing mechanic, but more an amazing person. Honesty goes a long way. P.s. engine replacement was $7k cheaper than the dealership. Thank you for your dedication.
