Recently my car needed body work after a minor fender bender. One of the panels was popped out and there was a big dent in the bumper. P&B did a great job making my car look like nothing happened to it. They got it done really quickly despite being very busy. Thanks for the great work!

I've been taking my vehicles here since 2014. I won't take them anywhere else. They're honest and reliable and wont rob you blind. No better place to take your vehicle. 2023 Update. I no longer live in Houston, my daughter is visiting Houston and asked me for a Mechanic and I am still recommending Phil......Thanks my brother....

1/10 = RIPOFF that changes prices depending on customer's pocket. They will lure you in with sweet talk, and then drive prices up once you start relying on them to do what is fair. I was recommended this place by a colleague; however I found this establishment to be predatory and unprofessional. I came here to get a bumper fixed on my 2007 Toyota(There were some dents and scratches, but the bumper was totally intact) with already quotes received from a few places for around $300-$350 (bumper fix and repaint). I was advised to replace the bumper all together for slightly extra $425 as this would be a totally professional job, with new brackets and look brand new. We shook hands and I requested to keep costs to around $425. The job took an extra day, I didn't mind. On the day of the replacement, I call and I am told bumper is ready. I reach the shop, and I am provided a bill for $550. The bumper we found was expensive, hence the costs went up. I was in store for 2 days consecutively prior and seemingly they ignored to tell me this all along. No where, even on the morning call, was the added costs quoted. KEEP AWAY from this money trap, where you would be over charged for simple service requirements.

I think this is over on barker cypress and Keith harrow, Phils place(owner) Friendly. Knowledgeable automechanic shop, fair prices, but alot cars being fixed so u may have to wait awhile.

It took a month to replace an engine from a junkyard, I was told that there was a warranty for a month but now the starter went out after 3 days so I called and was told that the starter is not covered by the warranty. That is absolutely ignorant due to the fact you put an engine in my car that doesn’t turn on after a couple of days of use. This was horrible service specially after my work tools went missing from trunk!!!! Definitely was not worth the $2400 I paid.

One of the best auto repair shops in the area. Fair price and trustworthy. They completed an A/C repair on my 2003 Honda Accord and now my A/C is blowing cold as ice....just in time for Houston's 100 degree summers!!! Definitely recommend P&B Auto!!
