Don't fall for this dealer they say they are good but messed my car up. It was going for brake noise and malfunction light that alerts you of you crossing the lane and they gave me my car back as if it was a racing car with exhaust noise that vibrated while driving. They do drink and you can see it on one of the guys there. Victor was the person I spoke with and he was never there when picking up my car (I wonder why). I learn my lesson especially because am a girl!! Now I have to get my car fix by a better shop who diagnostic for me.

After taking my 2012 Dodge Challenger to 3 different shops spending $1,000's & $1,000's with wrong diagnosis & unnecessary repairs I found P & J's. Found out the rings were bad etc so had engine rebuilt. They did an awesome job at a reasonable price, having it ready within a week. Also giving us a nice loaner vehicle to drive while car was in shop. They had no problem rechecking or reparing anything that might go wrong with they're guarantee. They are the most friendliest, honest, family owned auto care shop I've ever been to. Not like those other shops that try to sell you something you don't need at HIGH rates! They treated me like family & keeping me informed on the status of my car. I recommend anyone that has car trouble big or small to go check them out first you won't be sorry!!!

If I can give 0 stars I would. This place is awful I’m surprised how they’re still running business. Whatever you do please don’t ever take your car here. They are very unprofessional and do not provide receipts because they do the complete opposite of what they’re suppose to. They messed up my partners vehicle so bad that we are now paying the consequences with it thanks to these guys. The worse place to go to for sure.

This was my first and will be my last time here . I set an appointment with the gentleman on the phone for 10am for a diagnostics , had my wife drop it off while I was at work . She goes to pick it up hour and a half later and my car wasn’t even worked on . I sent my car for engine issues and they tell us that it’s my brakes and suspension . I call the guy and ask questions and he pretty much tells me “ I know what I’m doing “ . As a first time customer I wasn’t satisfied. I made an appointment at 10am for the gentleman to tell me in the end ,” your car isn’t going to get worked on as soon as it gets here” but an hour and a half later and it wasn’t even tested ? Was a waste of our time just to be told things that were wrong that weren’t even the reason we sent the car in , in the first place .

We were in the middle of an extended road trip when the AC went out in our 2011 Nissan Murano. Jose was able to see us on short notice and worked above and beyond to get our car repaired and back on the road so we could keep on schedule. Great work, we're very happy. Thanks!

Great personal experience in dealing with Jose and his Family/Team. Found them on Repair Pal and they went out of their way to ensure that every vehicle I recommended for service was carried out professionally and provided excellent feedback and service advice. I always remind folks going to get their cars serviced, in most cases parts are getting expensive. Very expensive. In doing so with repairs, they go the extra mile to insure that you are getting your monies worth.

I utilized P&J's services for the first time today. After having read their reviews, I decided to give them a try. To my delight and need, they were open on Saturday, were able to see my right away and their customer service was stellar. Señor Jose, Jose Jr. and Jorge all represented their business well! I was charged a very reasonable rate for the work I had done on my car and I will return whenever my automobile requires further maintenance and/or repair. P&J is absolutely worth a try!

This was my first time at this repair shop as I was visiting family nearby and recently started having overheating issue. I was looking for a repair shop nearby and Im glad I found this shop and gave them a chance. They are very knowledgeable and fixed my problem without having to replace the whole part module which another shop said I would have to, also the part is on backorder and very expensive. Fixed my overheating and AC issue. I will definitely go back with any future car problems. 5 Stars for sure
