I can't comment on their workmanship. I never got to that point. I reached out to them regarding getting a transmission installed. I had several conversations with Pablo. His communication skills are poor, I got short, unclear answers. They required me to provide the transmission and fluid. When I attempted to get clear contact name for shipping address, he hung up on me. I called back to see if we were cut off and Pablo responded with this being the fourth time I had called, asking the same question. I explained that by it be a third party shipping a receiving arrangement, i wanted to minimize mistakes and confusion. He wouldn't exchange anymore details and said just ship it to this address. I didn't feel he was equipped to resolve any problems, if there was something that arose with receiving the parts. He appears grumpy and has poor customer service skills. Definitely, does not appear concern about customer satisfaction.

Needed minor repairs done to my Toyota. The first auto body shop I called made me wait one week for an appointment, then quoted me a price so high I could’ve literally bought another car for that amount. So I called P&J and I was told to come in anytime for my free quote. I came in fifteen minutes later and they agreed to fix my car that same day for less than $400. I have officially found my “go-to” auto body shop!

Some auto repair shops are a hit and miss. Either the service is good but the custom service is trash. Or you get great custom service and you back in the shop a week later due to poor mechanical service. P&J provides a happy median! I called in advance to get a quote of service. The was about $70 cheaper than another nearby shop! The guy who serviced my vehicle was nice and knowledgeable. He also provided the service in under 30 mins! I definitely would be back ( not too soon, my car is good!)

I've had some brake fluid leakage problems recently, and I couldn't have chanced upon a better auto shop. Pablo and his team have been incredibly flexible and kind with this problem, breaking down the issues and detailed cost estimates in a way that makes perfect sense to even someone like me who is completely unknowledgeable when it comes to cars.

The folks there does amazing works for both body and mechanical repairs. No such appointment or other trival things here. I had good and fast experiences with them to restore my car. They only recommend and charge for necessary repairs. Like other review said, their price is beyond fair. Very fair labor rate, and they're one of the few shops not doing markups on parts.

Had a ton of scratches on my hood. Brought the car over and had them take a look. Said come back in an hour, had it back less than 2 hours later with the buffing all finished and at an extremely reasonable rate. Will definitely come back.

Not someone who leaves reviews and had SUCH a great experience I was compelled to write unprompted… I went to ~10 different body shops getting quotes to repair some rust on my car. The prices and methods varied wildly, and as someone who doesn’t know about cars, it’s hard to make an informed decision and know whether I’m being ripped off. Pablo (I think he’s the owners son), walked me through the repair options in a way I understood, which allowed me to make the right decision for me. His quote was slightly below the other body shops around P and J, and way under some others I got in the area. I was sold. When I picked the car up, he pointed out a small paint spot that he noticed was missed after the fact. He offered me a $100 discount for the issue, or to bring my car back for them to repair. Highly recommend P and J—I’ll definitely be back!

They asked me to go buy the part myself because they weren't sure if it would fix my problem or not then wanted to charge me $100 to test a theory that literally required you to remove one bolt that was easily accessible I was better off using youtube fixed my problem and saved money and only took 4 minutes

These guys are the most amazing body shop by far i have ever dealt with!! Raul will definitely take care of you no matter what. I went through hell for 5 months trying to fix my Maserati Ghibli, i had it at this guys body shop in indiana that had the car for a whole 2 months and did not even work on it at all he even returned it to me in a even worse condition. i was super upset and let down. so i decided to post a advertisement on facebook market and Raul was one of the people that commented and told he he does professional body work and kept guaranteeing me that he can do it perfect. the drive was a hour away from me but it was well worth it. when i pulled up i seen Raul the coolest guy you can meet! he inspected the car we spoke and then he told me how much it would cost and i was SHOCKED on how amazing his prices were as well! it was TWICE as less than anyone else. So these guys gave me the cheapest price put that i couldn't find for 5 months. they do the most professional work. and on top of all that they finished my car within literally almost less than a week. In all honesty these guys will definitely have my service from here on out with any body work i need done on my cars. No hassle from anyone and there wasent anything they couldent do. unlike other shops they kept telling me i have to buy a brand new bumper or brand new this and that.. Raul and his guys havent called me back once to tell me something about the car they just did what had to be done and i couldn't ask for anything to look more of a professional work. I am glad i crossed paths with this guy! we need more people like him! Thank you again brotha!

Raul (Bodyman) has done some work in the past for me. Decent at repairs, not full on paint-jobs. Picked my vehicle up from a $1,500 paint job only to find the hood was covered in swirl marks, my badges missing, and my rear emblem completely unlevel. My fault for not noticing at time of pickup as I assumed incorrectly that the job was thoroughly done. Dropped it off at a later time to get the hood repainted, badged fixed, and a wax and buff of the sides to remove swirls. Not only did the car look even worse than when I had dropped it off there were scratches that I had never seen before. Promised to reimburse $250 for the second drop off and NEVER followed through. Untrustworthy.

These guys are a five star Body Shop no question I was very happy with the results and I'm not going to hesitate to recommend friends and family to these guys. Customer service was great I felt comfortable with bringing my car here. The car looks like it never was hit!

I was referred to P&J's by Okay Auto. (OK Auto had really good reviews on Yelp but couldn't assist with the repair of my BMW) I walked in at 8:45/9 and the only person present was a guy sweeping who spoke no English. Something told me to stick around. Glad I did. Raul walked up after just about 5 minutes or so. Friendly. Bright smile. Strong look in the eye. I immediately felt at ease. Though I had no idea what was wrong with my car, what it might cost me, or who these people were I kept telling myself to stick with this guy. He took my keys and jumped in the driver's seat to feel the issue for himself. I had been told I needed suspension work by another shop that I'm sure cheated me during my last repair. It wasn't expensive suspension work after all. It was my brakes and the back brakes at that. That shop quoted me over $1700. Raul and his Dad, Pablo found out the my pads and rotors were shot. They showed me the issue. Explained everything. Spoke to me with respect. Raul worked with me to choose parts that met both my standards for quality and my [tight] budget. He talked me through possibilities of ordering online cheaper and coming back. He was honest and gave me choices. I didn't feel like I was being manipulated into my repair. (That happens often) While I waited for the parts to arrive (25 minutes) I was given a tour of the facility. That's how I learned they created their own colors and paint. They let me go inside the room where they create and then bake the cars. I work in a creative industry. I'm use to being inspired by colors, shapes, and words. However, I felt just as excited experiencing Pablo and his partner Julio's repair shop today. I am now getting additional work done on the car bit by bit. They are okay with that. Go see these guys. The price was beyond fair. The service was beyond exceptional. Trust has been established.
