Horrible Experience - Avoid This Shop at All Costs If I could give this shop negative stars, I would. This was by far the most unprofessional and dishonest experience I’ve ever had with a mechanic. We were charged $1,400 to fix multiple issues with our car, with the shop assuring us it was fully repaired. The car worked for only three days before developing an engine knock. When we took it back, they claimed it was the timing chain and asked us to tow it to their shop again. For three weeks, we heard nothing. When we finally got in touch, they informed us the engine was "bad" and needed to be replaced—this after we had already paid for repairs. It was obvious they knew the car had deeper issues but chose to proceed with unnecessary repairs to take our money. The refund process was an absolute nightmare. We were given three different stories: "Come get all your money back." "I’ll give you half, and you can take your car." "I’ll give you half, and I’ll keep the car." None of these promises were fulfilled. Despite agreeing to refund us, they never delivered. When we first brought the car in, it had a misfire on cylinder 3, which was supposedly addressed in their repairs. I even asked the owner, Pablo, directly if the misfire was fixed before paying, and he assured me the car was "running better than ever." That was a blatant lie—the misfire persisted, and the car broke down again within days. The shop refuses to refund, repair, or replace anything. It’s clear the $1,400 we paid went toward unnecessary "repairs," as the engine remains in the same condition as when we brought it in. The owner’s response to this review is laughable. They claim, "Everything was explained to the first person who brought the vehicle to us." Yet they failed to explain any of this to the person who paid the bill. This shop operates with zero honesty, professionalism, or accountability. They’ll take your money, make empty promises, and leave you worse off than when you started. Avoid this shady mechanic—they’re as bad as a stereotypical used car salesman. If they ever refund my money, I’ll update this review, but until then, I recommend you stay as far away as possible.

Realmente decepcionado te cobran desde que llegas un simple cable desconectado y el tipo con su computadora según investigando haciendo más tiempo para cobrar no utilizo ningún material no partes nuevas y termine pagando 220 en 40 minutos. No recomiendo

Erick and Pablo fixed my car so fast and at a great price, with a warranty. They came and got my car because i was so close,they're the best!! Definitely will come back when I need help. Thank you!!

Starter went out on my F-150. Called them in the morning, had it towed there and it was fixed that day. Eric was exceptional in getting things communicated, and done. Great service! Will take all of my family automobiles to this shop. Highly recommend!

These guys are great! They’re willing to talk prices down and they do outstanding work! My driveshaft retainer clips broke and they had my car fixed in one day. I’m thoroughly impressed with the work and I will be going back if I need more work for sure!

I have had them repair my car in March 2023, they did exactly what was required as they are knowledgeable. Though labour rate was on the higher side (on par with big chains), they knew what they are doing , unlike the main chain brands, who knew nothing , where I visited prior to that. Surprisingly, the parts they used on my car was billed almost equal to the major supplier they were using, whereas other shops charge 3 times the part costs. So, in all, they were cheaper than the main automotive repair brands because of cheaper pricing for provided parts. They have my full recommendation.

These guys are AMAZING!!! I didn't really know what was wrong with my Ford Escape so I needed it diagnosed and these guys not only charged less than the 7 other places I called but they had answers for me in less than a day! I decided to take a chance with them for the repairs and they were INCREDIBLE! The price was very reasonable and they are so nice!!! I had to have my motor replaced and they were done with it in less than a week!! I absolutely recommended these guys!!! KEEP UP THE EXCELLENT SERVICE P.S. AUTOMOTIVE!!!
