Customer experience is incredible. I received the most timely, thoughtful, convenient, and consistent communication from Pablo's Auto Body. From the moment I rolled up in my orange Subaru, Yoseline + the staff provided the best customer service I've ever received (and I've worked in CX for a long time). I brought my car here after a hit + run down the street, and to be honest, she runs better than she did when I bought her. Pablo's Auto Body fixed problems I didn't even know I had! That has instilled a trust in me that I didn't know was possible with a body shop. I do miss my bumper stickers, but that just frees me up to get new ones (and use magnets this time). Even if I had to move to the other side of the country, I'd still send my car here. Thank you to everyone at Pablo's Auto Body — y'all deserve a raise, and Yoseline deserves an all-expenses-paid vacation.

I can't recommend Pablo's Autobody highly enough. Pablo is a true professional who takes pride in his work, and it shows in the amazing job he did repairing my car. Five stars without hesitation! Throughout the whole process, Pablo communicated clearly about what needed to be done, how long it would take, and the costs involved. His customer service was outstanding. He really took the time to listen to my concerns and ensure I was comfortable with everything being done to my car. The shop was very clean and organized as well. I felt comfortable leaving my car there while the work was being completed. The repairs were finished on time, and when I got my car back it looked brand new thanks to Pablo and his team’s fantastic job.

I had the best experience with Pablos auto body! My car was hit and the door and fender was crushed. After searching and getting several estimates i was able to meet Pablo. He had the best attitude and his pricing was fair. He had my car ready fast and his work was good. Im very happy to have done business with him! I highly recommend him to any one looking

I heard of Pablo’s through my family, they highly recommended them since they used them before. And I was looking for a quick shop to take my vehicle since the shops my Insurance suggested had appt one month out from the date of the accident. It was quick walk up experience, and they took my car under their car. Yoselin was great at explaining how everything works and how long the car could possibly take. She was also great with communicating with me and how everything was going. I recommend Pablo’s to anyone who needs assistance with their car 5 stars from me!

Spotted this autonody shop while driving in my neighborhood. Pulled over and asked for an estimate for a smashed bumper Pablo gave it to me in less than 10 minutes. Very fast professional service. My car was shining and perfect like ot was never damaged. Great pricing

Best autoshop in the city. They really work with you. Had a hit and run and insurance didn't want to pay and Pablo really helped me out with the cost. I didn't have to sell and organ just to keep my car looking nice. Will recommend to all my friends and family.

Pablo's Auto Body is amazing! This is a family owned small business that takes incredible pride in delivering quality work. Their pricing is great and significantly less what the dealership wanted to repair the door and real side panel of our 2016 BMW i3. If you really care about quality and don't want to spend ridiculous amount, go talk to Pablo. Honest, humble, first class service at the most competitive price.

Wow. I am not surprised at all by the other Google reviews. Pablo, Marco and team are just amazing. My car came back better than when I bought it! I did not expect to not only have the body work done on my car that needed repairing but also an incredibly shiny clean car. Pablos sits right off the freeway for easy access. I've never experienced car service like this. My friend told me about this place and it seems too good to be true. Pablos really is the full deal. You will not be disappointed, cheated or worried. You will walk away 'wow'd' because of the quality of work and pure sincere honest hard working folks that run this body shop. Thank you !
