This was my second time using this location and again I’m impressed. I never have any issues stoping in and getting my car taken care of quickly and efficiently. I enjoy the calm relaxing environment and can get in and out in under an hour. I find it very comforting knowing that I won’t have to spend a long period waiting. First time in the shop, and his team are super thorough and got a ton of work done on my car in a single day. Feels brand new, the car is going to be driven by a new driver and after their inspection I feel confident that he will be safe and the car is mechanically sound. The new owners are well organized and well behave team, very professional and affordable repair shop in the neighborhood. I took my vehicle to couple other shops for diagnosing and repair and I ended up paying each but later I encountered same issue, Im glad a friend referred me Pacific Auto Repair and informed me about the new ownership and workers; I easily made an appointment and got my car fixed. Be wary of this repair shop. I purchased a vehicle from California Auto Deals that was "certified safe" by this shop; come to find out that the control arm was welded together, the track bar was horrible bent up, and the jeep was anything but safe. Inexcusable lack of competence OR possibly collusion with the dealer, hard to say; I am one of 3 people that I was able to find that had a similar experience with this combo of dealer and auto shop/garage certifying a vehicle safe and ALL THREE having broken control arms. I cannot see this as coincidence. I have reported this shop to the Bureau of Automotive Repair and CA Attorney Generals Office, along with California Auto Deals as a means to protect the community from their practices and I am working with one other person toward a small claims suit against both this garage and the dealer. See attached photos related to the "safe" parts removed from the jeep right after I bought it, along with the "certification" from this shop. Oh, and the check engine light lit up the day after we brought it home... I'll add those expenses to the over $4000 already spent fixing the car.

They broke my oil dipstick and tried to blame it on another shop when I confront them about it because I’m a female he kept trying to play me hung on my face and stop answering my calls that shop ain’t no good since Steve stop working there
