I was sent there twice by the Owner of Firstcar used car dealership where a family member purchased a used vehicle from. The first time was to have the low tire pressure sensors replaced and the second time was to have the front tires replaced because they both had screws located in an area that could not be patched. I was not given an invoice for the censors and when I brought the vehicle back to replace the front tires they patched the front and rear passenger tires and didn’t even look at the front driver side tire. The employees were rude on both occasions and when I asked for copies of the work invoices I was told that because the work was being paid for by the used car dealership owner they didn’t have to provide me with one. A week later I had to have the vehicle towed to an automotive repair shop because the radiator overheated due to a bad censor and needed to be replaced. The autopsies repair shop who replaced the radiator and informed me that additional repairs were needed to make the car safe to drive. The owner of the used car dealership had Pacific Tire and Wheel do the repairs and I was given a hand written invoice claiming that the necessary repairs were done but I was not given anything saying that the repairs came with a warranty and I can’t find anything online stating that Pacific Wheel and tire is an SAC certified repair shop. They are not accredited by the BBB. The employees were rude to me on both occasions that I took the vehicle to them. The vehicle still vibrates at 50 mph and the vibration increases when driving on the freeways to keep up with the flow of traffic.

Hands down the best most reliable, affordable and professional tire and wheel shop in town! I’ve been coming here for over 15 years.. and I have never had a bad experience. The service is top notch. I believe they were closing soon and still took us in to patch my tire. (Giant nail on my back tire and was making me anxious). They were extremely nice and professional. Cost $15 dollars, and we were there for about 15 minutes. Has been one of the nicest experiences at a tire shop I've had. Made my day! Thank you!

I'm a truck driver so I sent my wife to this place. They didn't do exactly what I asked them to do because the tire still went low. But they did solve one of the other tires that had a screw in it for about 15 bucks. We'll see how long this patch last for I'll give an update later.

It’s was great! Service was awesome they found the problem easily. I didn’t have to wait, got two new tires for a good price and was out out there in about 10 minutes.

This place has changed over the years. We have spent thousands here on tires and other services. Their warranty and guarantee’s are a joke. We will no longer be supporting this business.

Had gotten a nail imbedded in my tire and needed a quick fix. I was able to get in and out quickly. My tire repair was $15 and I was in and out of there within 15-20 minutes. I love that is was quick and easy and the repair looks good. The staff were also friendly and welcoming.
