Paco and his team were friendly and capable. The work they did was top of the line. Paco updated me throughout with photos via text and kept me in the loop with the parts order. When I got the truck back, the work was impeccable and the truck was sealed tight. I would highly recommend Paco to family and friends. Anyone who needs quality work done at a fair price should call Paco.

There are two kinds of body shops. The first kind is one that push papers for insurance companies. They are not really interest to serve you. They just want to get the maximum from a claim and take their sweet old time. The second kind is the one that would take you in when your neighbor's kid scraped the side of the vehicle and is mortified because his insurance premium is about to go sky high. I brought my vehicle to Paco - he personally takes every order - told him the story and how the poor boy has to work overtime to cover the damage. Paco understood my plight - he has a teenage kid too - and fixed the dented door and side panel for $900. The repair was done in three days. Looks better than new. Jaw dropping quality of work.

I will not take my Jeep Wrangler anywhere else, but to Paco's. He is honest and fair with his prices. I have recommended others to go there.

The service at Paco's is amazing and they've saved us on multiple occasions! I've had 3 major fixes needed on my car and each time they go out of their way to make their services affordable and efficient. Additionally, Paco and his team are very communicative and get the work done in a timely manner. It's relieving to know that your car is in good hands when hardships come. I would HIGHLY recommend Paco's Autobody for any repairs, as their friendliness, great customer service, and dedication to performing quality work is excellent. We will continue coming here for any car needs, whether they're big or small.

I was stuck in a pile of snow when Paco came upon me. He very kindly pulled me out of the snow and made sure I could get in my way. He definitely went above and beyond to help me. I will certainly give him my business if I ever have need.

I was referred to this auto shop by my son. And I’m so thrilled to have met Paco. He does outstanding work at a very reasonable price. He knows cars and how to fix them, but above all, he is a mechanic with integrity. Something that is very rare these days. So if you want to get your car fixed, get outstanding service along with it AND walk away like you’ve been treated honestly and fairly, then Paco’s is the place where you want to take your car for a job done right. He’s better than the five stars I can give him.

Paco is awesome! Professional and knowledgeable. Fair pricing. Outstanding service. I needed an emblem replaced and I brought the wrong one and I didn’t even know it until he noticed the details! I got the right one and he replaced it quicker than I could imagine. He also gave me great advice on how to avoid it in the future. I’ll definitely come back here for any of my auto body needs!

This guy is a JOKE! He acts like a big shot he is content with the customers he already got but doesn't take new customers in a polite professional serious manner. I went there for an estimate he barely gave me the time of the day, took a few photos and told me he could help. Next day, I asked him when could I expect the estimate he said "TODAY" I keep waiting that was 5 days ago. Take your business somewhere else like I said in the beginning seems like he can't care less about new customers.

Great owner very polite workers and when I had an emergency where I had ran over a nail in the street I had no problems getting it fixing right so I can make it to work plus also I purchased another tire from them so I had a backup full-size tire at a very reasonable cost they have two shops I would recommend them all day long

I needed an estimate for the damage I did clipping the corner of my block wall to my attached garage. Paco was honest and I felt like I could trust him. He gave me a ballpark cash estimate, took pictures of the damage. I texted him my insurance claim number and he sent in a professional estimate like another I got. Huber Chevrolet estimate $6773.35, Paco Auto Body estimate $4753.34. Thank you again Paco. Insurance still wanted to total it out, vehicle value $5612.00, with the option to pay off $4390.86 and I keep. It's just an old cool truck to me that I love. So far I've gotten the tailgate to open/close, pulled most of the dent myself and bought/installed a used taillight. I know I'll still come to you if I can't do something myself. I'd also like to get estimates from your mechanical shop across the street too. I have a couple broken exhaust manifold bolts and both manifold gaskets that need replaced. (Huber Cadillac estimate $1242.90) I have a front differential seal that leaks fluid. (Huber Cadillac estimate $1178.90) I have an HVAC Box Assembly that needs exterior seals replaced (Huber Cadillac estimate $1538.26), found air and water leaking thru the fresh air seal, causing blower motor processor (Huber Cadillac estimate $288.63) full of water and shorting circuit.

On a holiday weekend my truck's water pump failed while 11 hours away from home. They came in on the 4th of July and replaced the pump, along with the thermostat, so that we could then drive back home and not miss any work the next day. It was so helpful and appreciated!

The owner is extremely professional and helpful. The screws holding my license plate were rusted and were not coming out. I took my car to Paco’s and asked if someone would help me out. It was on a Saturday and he was closing shop to head out. Still they took time to help me out. They had to cut new grooves in the screw and get it out. Very helpful and courteous. Would definitely recommend to all my friends if their need any work on their car done !!

Quick, efficient, marvelous. I was out of state visiting, I came off a high curb in Old Market that pulled off my driver side bumper. This was on a Saturday on top of everything. We called, showed up and he fixed it immediately for me to be able to drive it home.
