Our experience was amazing. We are on a roadtrip an our van wasn't starting properly. The other mechanics we went to just wanted to change the starter. These guys took the time to do a proper diagnosis and found out that our starter was not installed properly. It took an hour an our van feels bran new. Can't recommend enough.

I brought in my car with a flat tire. They spent 5 minutes spraying soap on the tire looking for a nail and didn't find one. So instead of giving me back my car, they punctured a hole in my tire and patched up the hole that they made, charging me $50 for it. Four weeks later and my tire still has issues and goes flat whenever I put air in it. It seems like they didn't actually fix anything and instead damaged my tire for no reason.

I rarely write google reviews unless earned. My daughter and I were on a roadtrip in August 2024 and staying for a day in San Fransisco. We had car issues and ended up needing a new battery and alternator. We were in a quandry on a Sunday afternoon when everyone was closing, and Pak Auto stayed open late until we could get the car towed there and locked in the garage. They got to work the next morning so that we could get back on the road and not be too far behind in our schedule. They were extremely professional, checked all our fluids knowing we would be traveling across a few more states, and went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of so we could get going and my daughter wouldn't miss her flight to an internship outside the U.S. I recommend Pak Auto to anyone in the SF area.

Amazing guys. Best price in town and very reliable. I brought in my Caravan and they took great care of it. Many of the mechanic couldn’t figure out the problem but David reassured me and not only found the problem but also fixed it (cheaply, comparatively to San Francisco prices).

Very knowledgeable and skilled Master Mechanic as owner. They go out of their way to make sure their customers are satisfied and get them the most competitively priced parts. I’ve been going here for 15+ years. Staff is very friendly.

This is my go to AutoShop for the last 10 years. Cheapest labor prices in San Francisco. The main mechanic David is the best Mechanic I have come across. He has experience with every car model imaginable. Including Teslas. Staff is very friendly. Trust worthy place. No rip-offs.
