I had 2 great experiences with Palermo's Auto Works. In the first accident my daughter had (involving the bumper and fender), and in the 2nd one (within a 3 month period) (involving the bumper, side mirror, and passenger side door), William Melnikov did a great job in the repairs and bringing the car (2005 Toyota Corolla LE) back to it's original condition. The repairs were done in a timely fashion (within a 2-3 days), were done well, and with a reasonable price. If you choose to pay cash (instead of using a credit card), you can get a reduction/discount off the original price for the repairs. It appears Will had worked at Gerber Collision before starting his own business. I find him very knowledgeable and explaining how other repair shops do not necessarily make the proper repairs, which he finds. I'm really satisfied with the repairs and services provided by Palermo's Auto, and would use him again. I would also recommend anyone who needs a collision repair to use him (or at least check him out.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the crew at Palermo's Auto Works! When I was caught in a tough situation with a property management company in Buffalo responsible for damage done to my vehicle while parked in a parking lot, Palermo's was willing to deal directly with the company at fault when the company decided not to go through its insurance company. After weeks and weeks of communication between us, the staff at Palermo stepped in, smoothed things over, and made it easy for my vehicle to be fixed while handling communication with the company at fault. When I picked up my Jeep, it was cleaner than it went in and the damage was gone - I never would have know the driver's side door had been damaged if I hadn't seen it for myself! Their work is impeccable, their communication is timely and excellent, and they have my highest recommendation!

I rarely leave a review but the comprehensive services offered by this auto shop were impressive. My car got a big scratch on passenger side and had really bad damage. They take the time to answer any questions I have and provide me with all of my options from repair to replacement also finish work on time with a good pricing. It can be difficult to look for reliable technicians as a woman that’s why I am glad to have been recommended to Palermo's Auto.

The ceramic coating I had done here on my car has made a big difference. It keeps it looking shiny, protects it from the weather, and makes cleaning much easier. I highly recommend them if you're looking for ceramic coating.

Quick turnaround with fixing my vehicle. It took 4 days to fix and the price to fix it was fair and reasonable. Very friendly and responded quickly to email and phone calls. I would highly recommend Palermo's Auto Works.

The "work" done vs what my insurance was billed was starkly different. Also does not stand by their warranty. Barely two years later, it's evident where the lackluster work was done as the welds are now bubbling and rusting through on a panel that was supposed to be completey replaced. It's clear the whole panel was not replaced. Contacted them with photos and was ignored. Originally it took a month for the "work" to get completed, go to pick up the truck and still had dents in it that were supposed to had been repaired along with a rusting hitch that was the alleged for replacement for mine that was told had damage.

The team at Palermo's Automotive did an excellent job on my truck repair, very professional operation. They also repaired my window frame that was rusted and leaking. Also an excellent job. I recommend them highly if you need to have anything done to your vehicle.

I brought my newly purchased pickup to Dan - Palermo's did a fantastic job with my spray-on bedliner. His crew did exactly what I wanted, they did it fast and for a V good price. He is very accommodating and friendly and I had a great experience. He also notice a small spot on my running boards where the color had worn off. He applied a small amount of dye to touch up that spot - VERY appreciated! I can be a little over-the-top with my truck OCD and his shop really paid attention to details.

If y’all need any work on your car. THIS IS THE SPOT. They are really good and it’s super affordable. I came in to install a front lip and they gave me an estimate of one hour, but really it took only 30 minutes. Which is great. 100 percent, Im come back here for any of my car issues, y’all should too.

It is very hard to find honest people that do good work. Kind of like when you're building a model kit, and there's that 1 tiny, clear piece that falls under the couch. If you have a dog, it gets lost in the dog hair when you vacuum it up. NOW, if you are born into riches, you probably have cleaners that come in once or twice a day and that piece will be lost forever. If you don't, you may have a reason to go in to that vacuum and it's possible that piece will not be lost forever. That's what these guys are like.... just kind, honest people that do great work. Thanks guys I will see you again!!

The owner Dan has excellent customer service and is always pleasure to work with. Have gone to his shop for a few different jobs over the years and each time he always is great at communicating with me about the work being done on my vehicles. Hes honest, extremely fair with his pricing and the quality of work is consistently good. Would recommend Palermo's Auto Works as a reputable body shop. Definitely will be a repeat customer in the future!

Dan Palermo does wonderful body work! I crunched my headlight piece on my new-to-me Accura! Dan got part amazingly fast, and scheduled work quickly. He has an excellent staff. 2010 Acura TL lip kit ! I do not ha ANY complaints on dan what so ever ! My lip kit came all damaged due to poor packaging ! Dan worked his magic ! For being a 12 year old car ( 12 year old paint job) Dan match the paint dang near perfect ! Not only that he also covered up a couple scratches and chips I had on my rear bumper ! Very professional , nice guy ! And very very affordable , I did not hesitate at all ! IF I CAN GIVE YOU 1000 % rating I would ! THANK YOU DAN !

Dan and Co fixed my wife's car in a timely manner, and were super pleasant to work with. Kept me informed every step of the way and it just made an annoying process a lot easier to deal with. We hit a shredded tractor tire on the thruway and it caused a lot of damage to the plastics from front to rear, but also some mechanical stuff too, and they found everything and did a great job w/ it. Already talking about having some paint work done for my other vehicle. They may be a smaller shop, but we'll definitely recommend him to anyone over a bigger name/shop. Their skills w/ the repairs match their customer service, which was top notch.
