I brought my car in for a repeat issue that happened two years ago. They warrantied battery, allowed me to use a loaner car for a day and were able to tell me what the problem was within an hour of me bringing it in. I respect the honesty and the hospitality. Best experience. Honest and knowledgeable. Took the time to really figure out what was going on with my car. Didn’t try to get over on me and overcharge. Saved me from paying for repairs more than my car is worth. I can not say enough about Pampered auto. My car is doing great no issues. I recommend 100%.

Don't go here if ur car is from out state they put my car on the Hoist an messed up my front axel an then called me an say we can't put on the hoist cause there to much rust but you did put it on the hoist an messed it up now they can't fix it untruthful ppl

Consistently quality work and excellent service. They explain, in detail, the issue and options and let you decide how you want to proceed without pressuring you. They call all possible resources to get you the best price on high quality parts. I came here for a 2nd opinion when the dealership negligently misdiagnosed the issue. Now, Pampered Auto Care is the only provider I trust with my vehicle.

I used to bring my BMW here years ago and experienced good service, but recently I had a last-minute water pump issue with my current 2020 Chevy Tahoe. I called to ask for help and with 24 hours my vehicle was ready and waiting to be picked up. I greatly appreciate the above and beyond service.

I’ve been servicing my BMW X6 at Pampered Auto Care for some time now and the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. I take my Lincoln Town Car taxi to Pampered Automotive because they understand my business needs. Every day I am off the road, I lose $300-$400. Whenever I leave my taxi at Pampered, we agree upon the scope of work which can be done by the close of business, and they always come through. This is why I continue to come back to Pampered for medium to complex repair and maintenance.
