HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! DO NOT USE!!! They overcharge by adding surprise fees like $4/mile fuel surcharge. They left the drive shaft on the ground, refused to give us the bolts back so that we could put it back together and refused to drop our truck & trailer out of the way where we needed it dropped. STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!

BEWARE! This company is Absolutely Crooked! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! They will quote you one price and then will charge you at least double the quote. They will lie, cheat and steal to get money away from you. BEWARE!

12/24-25/2022 RV was totaled Fee $5500.00 to tow but not disclosed until went to get personal property ($20,000+ carpentry tools 5000 to 10000 personal property) Was told they had 5 minutes to get what they could & then the company was going to confiscate what they could not hand carry off the RV Called today was told by a "Kimberly Kraft (who claimed to be the owner which doesn't match the on line info)" that we were miss informed it is 5 minutes once a day to hand carry property.

I think this is the second time with this company. Other than being late the driver was courteous. I’ve had bad experiences with other companies that didn’t know what were doing and had to call another company.

Bunch of crooks working here. We had my driver go there because he had fuel leak. They called me and said fuel pump went out and it will be $5K part plus 10hr to do the job @ $200 per hr. Dealership is cheaper then them. When we told them we were going else were they held our truck for a while and at the end we’re very rude to my driver. Did not even allow him on the property any more. He was only able to get in the truck and leave. Did not provide him with the receipt either. I had to call the shop to request one. Also I requested a pictures of a sign where it showed that they charge $200 per he. By the law you are required to display how much you charge per hr and I still have not received it. I would advise you to run away from these people if you value your time and money.

This company is run by a scam artist (Ken Wilson) will accept your tow for a set rate, then when he has control of your car or truck or commercial vehicle he will seriously increase the rate and if you don't pay he will take your car from you. Please be very cautious when you look for a tow company, there are more scammers than anyone realizes, and AAA doesn't keep tabs on the wrongdoings so you have to be diligent for yourselves.

Tried to charge us double the cost of the part, would not give part number, and on top of that took our whole $750 deposit for just figuring out what part was broken and standing around. Then wanted to charge $300hr for another truck to come and lift our truck up even though my guy came there and did the job without having to lift anything. Pricing is ridiculous and upcharge everything like crazy. $4 a mile for the drive $200 an hour with a 2 hour min $300hr for another truck to come out Original Part Cost : $675 Their Price from same dealer : $1275 And tried to charge us an extra $322 after already taking $750 for not doing anything and being told their services are not needed anymore.

After reading reviews, it sounds like the owner has a excuse for every reason for his short coming except taking responsibility. Always their fault, never his fault even when they fail to show. I wonder what the reply is to this.

I was initially told I will be charged $194 out of pocket yet I was later told by this company that I would have to pay 300. He told me that that was his firm price and if nobody else would do it for less than 300. I kind of felt like he price gouge me. On the other hand the driver himself was very friendly and helpful

I’m not sure what my tow truck drivers name was but he is absolutely AMAZING!! After being stuck on the side of a busy highway and my roadside assistance plan calling several different tow truck companies Panorama was the only company who helped us out. They are very knowledgeable and got the job done in a professional and timely manner. Thank you so much for being the only person to our rescue! Panorama will be our first call anytime we need assistance! Thank you so much

Our situation was a little complex and he handled it well - he took the initiative to problem solve; confirm everything was good with myself (the customer) and his company, In order to proceed with the tow. As a frequent driver (and my drivers), who unfortunately deal with tows frequently- when we pass through Bakersfield; Panorama Truck Repair & Towing Service will be the only company I will use. They are really bad in service their mechanic lied to us in text that dealership doesn’t have part but when I called them directly they said we have a part and there is no one showed up even he took two hoses from my freightliner and he went to Volvo dealership just wasted ten hours my truck coolant is still leaking and he is saying I can’t fix it cause they don’t have professional Mech so please be aware don’t ever call this place and sure they just gonna waste your time that’s it I have the proof for everything

I had a reefer break down Near Bakersfield California I found this company on NTTS the main mechanic took me in after hours just the cost of that is $300. For three hours he was trying to find a problem he even told my driver that he can’t find the problem. We told the mechanic we’re going to a different shop because we had a load in the trailer that needed to be kept at 0°But the shop was holding us hostage they wanted $800 for their work. But the trailer is not fixed I had to go to a different shop to fix the reefer trailer. We took it to another repair shop it took another mechanic like two hours to fix everything he found a problem for only $420 instead of $800 go to Kool Line Express

Tow Service; Panorama charges $650 an hour for a tow. That's twice the amount of CHP approved tows. Their billing department is unresponsive and confused by their own charges and billing systems. $5,500 for a 50 mile tow. Avoid this company at all cost, or it will cost you!!!!!
