As soon as I made contact with these guys, they were able to confirm an appointment same day with in 45 minutes. Fairly priced and completed the job in 15 minutes. I had a simple repair. Very polite and efficient. I will definitely be using them again. It was an emergency for me and responded as such. Great job fellas. Thank you.

**2024 Edit....Well guys I sadly have to admit I was completely wrong. I called recently to have a what I thought was a simple brake pads changed after noticing some grinding noise occasionally when driving. So the owner came out and after attempting to charge me for rotars and pads that I "needed" I told him I only wanted the pads for now since I didn't think it was the rotars. The noise is more persist now and is actually louder so after him coming out almost 2 weeks later he says there is nothing wrong with the brakes and the rotars are fine. He doesn't see anything wrong and i should take it to a shop... he was so flippant about it i asked him if the reason i contacted him to address was not due to the brake pads that i paid for and i need to go somewhere else to find out what it is is he going to send me my money back? Well then this unethical man had the nerve to question my character by the owner stating "I knew you were going to do this" Seriously no accountability. In hindsight I was completely wrong about him because the post below where I thought he was giving me good advice for the $150 diagnostic fee that took him 15 minutes and he advised me the engine was toast and dont spend money to fix the car just trash it, well he was wrong it was just the supercharger on the car and it was expensive repair but car has still been running great for the last year. Call at your own risk If you are anything like me you are not preemptively looking for a mechanic but you are in need of one now. Well consider this your lucky day I was in exactly that place needing someone to come and take a look at my son's vehicle ASAP. Papi came exactly when he said he was coming and even though he could have milked me for some money trying to hold on to the the vehicle, he did the honorable thing and gave it to me straight. Much respect to him for that and he has a customer for life. Go ahead and make the call.

AWESOME. I'm in Phoenix and my AC went out while passing through on my way to Austin. My dog is melting and pouring water on him only got us this far. My internet search found Papi's and right away these guys were great, offering options and lining out costs and trying to help me without breaking the bank. While they were getting parts my starter failed! I texted them and they picked up the starter too. We arranged to meet up the next morning. They showed up on time with a really well organized and equipped work truck and got right at it. 3 hours start to finish. It was like having a pit crew at a race track working. I wish they were local to Austin. I would recommend them to everyone and they would be my go-to. Honest, dependable, great prices, skilled. Work with Papi's. You've got a local winner.

He came but didn’t diagnose my car properly checked fuses under my hood, looked under the car and told my starter broke but never brought any diagnostic computer out or anything and told me i should just forget about the car & buy one he was selling !! DO NO TRUST THIS COMPANY HE WILL NOT TELL YOU THE TRUTH!!! Hes a scam!💯

Needed a quick fix to a dead starter. PMM responded quickly by text. Made arrangement to arrive around 8 am next morning. Arrived about 9. Had the part with him he got from Oriellys with a lifetime warranty. Had it replaced in about 45 mins. I was ok with the price. Super easy having him come to me. Id recommend and use again.

Wasn’t a fan. I had a coolant leak towards the radiator (which I knew) and he charged me for a diagnosis without even telling me in the end which hose was leaking. Did refer me to another place but he was only here for 5-10 minutes and didn’t help me with anything further than I already know.

I just moved to Arizona a couple of months ago, so I don’t know many people to help me out when it comes to car trouble. My battery completely died in my apartment parking lot. I had tried to jump it but that didn’t even work. I called Papi’s in the morning, they asked for pictures, and they were able to come with a new battery and new terminal parts. They came within in hour, changed out the parts within 15/20 minutes, and were incredibly helpful. The pricing was reasonable, and everything went smoothly. Very thankful I called them!

First and foremost, overall I would like to say Hedgar was quick and efficient with the process of replacing my battery he knew exactly the issue as soon as I called. Although it did take him some time to get to me, that’s besides the point I understand it’s a mobile mechanic people are everywhere with issues so I definitely understand. Other than that, I have no complaints. Thank you again!!!!!!!!

He was short on the phone, didn’t introduce himself, didn’t ask my name. Agreed to meet the next morning at 10. I left work early to meet him. At 10:30 I texted and he said he was heading into the neighborhood. Almost a full hour later, he still wasn’t there. I called to cancel and he said okay. No, “sorry,” no “I got held up but I can be there at 2,” nothing, just “okay.” Then at 2pm, four hours after our scheduled appointment, he texts “45 minutes”. So he was planning to get to me almost five hours after our scheduled time, with no explanation, no sorry for the inconvenience, nothing. Maybe he’s good with cars but not with people. Maybe it was just a bad day—but I was disappointed and confused given all the great reviews.

First of all Hedgar is fair and honest and very kind and nice guy. I don't like the way he charged me but everyone want discount I am one of them. The service fee is acceptable. I suppose I give five-stars because his service is really helpful for others, people like me. Thank you Amigo

I called Hector to help with my 2010 Honda Civic. He picked up right away quoted me picked up the part and was at my house the next morning as promised. He replaced the starter and alternator in record time. I’ll definitely use him again.

Saw he had good reviews, called him to lookover my car, told me a engine freeze plug was damaged BUT LIED (mechanic shop told me water pump leaking in both seals! Freeze plugs fine!) PAID 50.00 FOR A LIE, CAN'T RECOMMEND !! WISH I COULD GET MY $$ BACK TO HELP PAY FOR CORRECT REPAIRS!

Yesterday my car broke down on the freeway, I reach out to Hedgar and he responded right away. He was able to come to my house diagnose my vehicle and work on it right away. He fixed my car for me the very same day and I was able to drive to to work this morning. I am very grateful for his services and would highly recommend him. Called Papi just to change some blinkers on a company van he came off very passive aggressive as if he didn’t want to do it which is fine but his non-chalantness and his lack of care for a profession he decided to do was disturbing and unprofessional in my opinion.

Great service! I needed an A/C compressor installed on a '03 F150. Got the job done in less than 2 hours. Clean work, priced much better than competitors, arrived on time as he promised, and got straight to work. Highly recommend!
