I like to support local businesses and Paradise Chevron is literally 1/2 mile from my house. I needed to upgrade my brakes for towing a travel trailer. Michael was very helpful and friendly, explaining options. He got my truck in to replace the brakes quickly. After he looked at it, he called to let me know what the price was going to be. He encountered an issue where a previous tire installer had stripped out two lug nuts but he was able to drill them out. That extra time only raised the estimate about $100. TBH, since I've only driven the vehicle that 1/2 mile back home, so I'll reserve the fifth star for after I've had the opportunity to try out the brakes while towing my trailer.

I wasles in into the gas station letting them know I need a emissions test. Their was a older man with a mustache and beard that was very very disrespectful and rude. It was 1pm and he said they are closed, I asked what are the hours, because their website said 8am-6pm. He said you can believe everything your read. I told him as a business, you want to have the most updated info for your customers. They way it eliminate all the calls and they no the hours, and they would let have to deal with what I just dealt with. He needs better customers service or a job that don't deal with customers. If their website was updated, I wouldn't of wasted my time driving there getting off of work, if I new they only do them from 9am-12pm. If he don't want to be asked agy, add that in the website.

Prepare to be price gouged! I can't speak for his work . I needed someone to bleed my brakes he quoted me $200.00. Everyone else quoted me $45.00 up to $60.00. Shop around!

Bad business. IMO they take advantage of people and are liar’s. My sister in law took her vehicle to them but never again will any of us do business with them at all. It’s sad because we love supporting local businesses but not this one ever again. Sad 😢

I've gone here for the past 3 years with multiple vehicles and had great service. Last month they charged my wife 900+ dollars to change her brake pads. I don't know if it's a new mechanic or what but it's completely ruined my opinion of them as an honest business. I won't be doing my business here again.

I've never really had a negative experience here. They've worked on my car several times. Michael worked on my car yesterday. I feel safe driving to Phoenix with my baby now. He was honest and really helped me in a bind. I think anyone that wants an honest mechanic that isn't going to request your first born for repairs, should come here. I think, not sure, but I think this little shop is family owned. They're just all so incredible.

NEVER USE THIS PLACE!!! I took my my mentally disabled daughter’s truck here for some mechanical work, on 8/23/23…including the A/C. I asked for him to tell me what was wrong, and was told it was the compressor. I paid $1,550 for all the work, as my child lives on $800 a month. The A/C still wasn’t blowing. Long story, but that’s I’m told that is ANOTHER more expensive problem! The owner yelled at my daughter & said they would remove the compressor, but would charge for the labor. My child became hysterical and I still have to spend another $130, for a front end alignment (they don’t do that). As a single mother and retiree who’s worked hard for my $$$$ all my life…This place is a rip off!!!!

Went to have bulbs repaced. Owner came out to check what I needed. Messed with tail lights, even replaced bulbs. Informed it was a short and gave me 2 places I could check out. Would not take money. Said we were fine. This is 2nd time we've had a pleasant experience.

Worst experience ever! Didn't complete the work or diagnose correctly. The owner was more then RUDE! And couldn't even discuss the situation. I had to take it to a whole new shop, after paying them. Save your money and your vehicle!!!! rruderuderuderude.and couldn't
