I recently had my Range Rover checked out at Park Cities Auto Care for a coolant level low issue. James and the technicians were incredibly knowledgeable and really went above and beyond to help me understand the areas needing repair. The problem was quickly diagnosed and he explained the process in detail. I was so impressed with their professionalism and very much look forward to working with them again in the future.

This is my second visit to Park Cities Auto Care and they have incredible customer service. The owner cares about his customers and looks to meet the auto care need with excellence. My car issues are addressed in a timely manner, and the waiting area is clean and tidy (which matters to someone like me)! They do great business and I'll be a returning customer.

Great experience here with James. I made an appointment online and showed up on time. They immediately went to work on my vehicle and I was out of there within an hour. James gave me several options in terms of the fix for my SUV and actually encouraged the cheaper option (i.e., do nothing with the vehicle for the moment). I was impressed with his honesty and prompt attention to detail and will be bringing all of my vehicles there in the future!

I recently visited Park Cities for a battery replacement on my 2018 Honda Accord, and unfortunately, my experience was far from the reliable and trustworthy service they advertise. Initially, I appreciated that they were able to take me in on short notice due to an emergency situation. However, after waiting for two hours, the owner informed me that while they replaced the battery, the tire warning light remained on. He suggested it might clear up after driving for about 30 minutes. To my surprise, when I got into my car, there were several other warning lights related to the brake system and power steering. Concerned, I called them back and returned to have them look at it. After ANOTHER two-hour wait, they still couldn't clear the lights and suggested I take my car to the dealership for further diagnosis. At this point, I had already paid the bill, and since they couldn't resolve the issue, I asked for a partial refund, knowing l'd face an additional $200 fee at the dealership for them to diagnose. The owner refused, claiming these warning lights were preexisting, which was not the case. After spending a total of four hours at Park City Auto Care for what should have been a straightforward battery replacement, I felt frustrated and taken advantage of especially as a young woman. The knowledge of basic car maintenance seemed severely lacking. A few days later, the Honda dealership was able to clear all the warning codes in just 30 minutes, explaining that these often appear when the battery is disconnected—a common issue that Park City Auto Care should have recognized. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop. While their prices may seem appealing, the lack of expertise and customer care was disappointing. I'm including a screenshot of the diagnosis from Honda, as I anticipate the owner may dispute my account of this interaction.

I wasn’t able to get the names of the two gentlemen that helped me but they were great! I had just taken my car to the dealership a few days ago but my Mercedes was still running funny, i stopped by for a diagnostic and they were able to quickly find the problem, educate me, and send me on my way! The service was great and i will definitely be going to them if I ever have car issues!!!
