We had our Mercedes paint repaired that cost us over 10k, we expected that being a Mercedes. It hasn’t been a year and took it back for them to warranty their work, Steven Blackwell insisted that the paint was damaged by some form of “spray” in which he couldn’t even identify it nor bring out an expert to show my finance. He is supposed to be a customer care professional but was nothing but snobby and disrespectful to my fiancé. I’m a Military Veteran and she works for the state in which we treat people with respect but this guy was very unprofessional to my fiancé. If you go ask for someone else besides him. He shouldn’t be working with people with his stuck up attitude. Semper Fidelis

If you have a Mercedes with body damage, this is the place to take it. Had a dent in my hood after a bolt nailed it while coming home from work. They replaced the hood, painted it, and transferred all the original stickers from the old hood and onto the new one. My car is finally back to normal.

Took my Range Rover here and will take any other luxury vehicle I own here for body work. They were able to give me an online estimate that proved to be very accurate and I had a successful experience. They were able to give me updates online and keep me well informed.

****DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!**** I am so fed up with this place!!! I had an auto incident , ran in a huge pot hole at night and took my car here. The incident happened 7/4/2021 and car wasn’t repaired until 3 months later. The car was not repaired correctly! They robbed my insurance company for almost $7k and my car is still not fixed! I called today because they was supposed to replace my tire and other things and another shop had to fix it however the tire they replaced which are run flats is now peeling!!! A new tire? I call Back to ask if this tire has a warranty and they said it doesn’t. So they put a used tire on my car?????!!! I’m so frustrated and they don’t care or will not try to accommodate you. I’ve spent almost $10,000 of my own money on repair’s with Park Place Dealership only to get treated this way!!!!

FINALLY GOT THE WINDSHIELD REPLACED. SHOUT OUT TO NISSAN GRANBURY WHO REPLACED IT AND SENT THE INVOICE TO PARK PLACE BODYWERKS. UPDATE - Eric reached out and promised to replace the windshield. 6 months later and one excuse after another still no windshield. Nissan in Granbury has tried reaching out to Eric because they can get a windshield with no issues, but no response after repeated calls. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE 3 week repair from a rear end accident turned into 3 months. Went to pick up the car on 4/21/22 and the windshield was cracked that wasn’t there when we dropped the car off. Sad that you can’t even trust even a reputable dealership.

Friendly staff, unfortunately they couldn't work with my insurance companies guidelines for repairs. I ended up using a different shop to replace my roof.

I highly recommend PARK PLACE BODY WERKS ! Nick Deluca was my technician. Having a car accident is traumatic enough, and then you have to deal with THE INSURANCE COMPANY. I appreciated Mr Deluca’s honesty, professionalism and patience in helping me negotiate with ALLSTATE........they could learn a thing or two from BODY WERKS. I was kept informed almost daily, not to mention his time spent on conference calls w/ALLSTATE advocating on my behalf. Accident occurred 2/4/2021. Today is April 1st, and I still don’t have my car (not Nick’s fault) as I was forced by ALLSTATE to take my ML320 to one of their “preferred vendors” to repair remaining damage at a cheaper price. My car looks beautiful as to the work he was able to complete, only wish I could afford for BODY WERKS to have completed the remaining damage on the undercarriage. If you value excellent workmanship and integrity CALL THIS COMPANY and request NICK DELUCA!!!!!

I took my Smart Car here, following an accident in mid-December. Despite insurance shenanigans that didn't see my claim resolving until the end of February, my service advisor, Nick, was on the ball with updates and cool professionalism from start to finish. We can't thank him enough for being so awesome during such an unexpectedly stressful time.

Terrific experience - both vehicle repair and customer service! I had the privilege of working with Steven Blackwell on my insurance claim after my 2016 C300 hit a large pothole on I-35 and needed a rack and pinion replacement. My (then) auto insurance company, Elephant, made me jump through hoops to get a simple claim approved. After two flat out denials to cover the $4,000 tab, I was persistent on them paying my claim knowing with 40,000 miles and very gentle driving there was no way the part was worn out. Steven worked with me and made sure the insurance company had every bit of information they could possibly ever need to make them see what was obvious to everyone but them. I would not hesitate to recommend BodyWerks to anyone that wants their luxury auto treated with TLC and the exceptional customer service that you expect from Park Place.

Not very responsive never called me back even after multiple messages. I had to go there in person to get the status of my vehicle. I am well aware of the Park Place Bodywerks For Worth team attempting to reach me after I posted this review. Prior to this review there were no calls. No contact and no information provided.

Steve Blackwell is the BEST. We hit a deer in our Mercedes. State Farm wanted to pay for junkyard parts to be put on our car. It would’ve voided our warranty. Steve worked with us to help reduce our out of pocket costs. He consistently let us know what was going on. If I called, he answered right away, or called me right back. The car came back looking great. Thank you Steve for all your hard work. You are truly a great asset to Bodywerks.

Took almost 1 month for a bumper, oh 2 bumpers. The back bumper wasn’t on the repair list the first go round... even though it was zip tied on there lol. Steve is a “good talker“ if you will... I go to pick it up and not happy with back bumper not being flush across the back ( first thing I noticed), and “oh well that’s straight from the manufacturer and nothing is symmetrical on these type of cars”, blah blah. Gotcha! So it’s out of the question to talk further about anything I see because you’re gunna blow it off as it looks better than it did! Not impressed with him or the service! Park Place isn’t exceptional in any way from this and past experiences. And c’mon you guys, practice the social distancing.
