Been going there for years, then they defrauded me, TO MY FACE! I straight up went in as BAIT, and simply accepted what was presented. I looked right at the damage they caused, called attention to it, and Shane STILL billed me for it. You can keep the money, thief! I'm never going back Watch out for yourself with these frauds!!! Hopefully this warning helps someone avoid unnecessary stresses.

Fantastic customer service and automotive service, affordable too!! I have brought 2 vehicles to them and I always leave with the proper answers and service done. Also, thank you for the conveniant rides to and from while vehicles get serviced. Thank you sooo much!

They were very nice when I called and explained my problem and they told me they could fix it. It’s an electronic problem with a newer Mazda. I finally got an appointment and drove 40 minutes from my home and I just got here and they told me at the front desk that they couldn’t fix it and I would have to go to Mazda. These people are CLUELESS. AVOID!!

Great customer service! Fixed a problem other shops tried to avoid and then misdiagnosed as an out of warranty “problem” costing thousands. Luckily I didn’t believe them, even though I’d gone there for years. I came here and they found it in minutes (and fixed it). I think they fixed it for free.

I am so thankful to have been recommended to Parker Automotive for my car needs. Immediately when you walk in, you are greeted with respect and kindness. They are very patient and take the time to explain to you in detail about your car's needs and even give you a detailed inspection report (with photos) of things that could be an issue with your car. They never pressure you to do more than the warranted and needed repairs and fix the issue within a timely manner. Everyone is very welcoming and it is a very positive experience coming here. I would recommend Parker Automotive to anyone needing car matience or repairs, and plan to come here with my future car needs.

Excellent service! Brought my car in due to check engine light. Bryce helped me out with the inspection of my vehicle, and let me know what repairs he recommended. Was sent a detailed review of my car with pictures, comments, and prices which were very useful in helping me determine what to do next. Honest and friendly service! Would recommend. 🙂👍

I just had my first dealings with Scott and the gang at Parker. My car was towed there because it literally just stopped whilst I was on I-10. Scott called me and told me the process would be to run a diagnostic test then he would call me and let me know the results and next steps. Scott called me with the results. He explain to me why a second diagnostic test was necessary. I agreed. The next call was a tough one, for both Scott and me. Unfortunately, Scott was the bearer of bad news. He told me that my engine experienced a catastrophic failure and that the diagnostics indicated that I might also have a transmission failure as well as a possible hybrid failure. Since my car is (was) a 2008 Toyota Prius with 224 K miles on it it was not worth repairing. Scott explained their Pre-Purchase service to me and even reached out to a car broker he knows to assist me in my search for my next vehicle. Scott was very kind, considerate, patient and professional. I will definitely go back to Parker Automotive and recommend them to anybody that says the word " mechanic" to me! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Mechanics are like dentists, you don’t want to go… but if you avoid it for too long then you will ultimately suffer more financially (and physically?); The choice in auto shops is as personal. Parker is perfect for you if you value: HONESTY, COMMUNICATION and want to avoid uncomfortable experiences. The Parker automotive team has taken care of my family’s vehicles for the last 5-7 years and even though we haven’t shared a meal (yet) they make us feel like extended family whenever we bring our vehicles in.

Everyone at Parker Automotive were friendly , helpful & knowledgeable. From the guys up front , the mechanics that fixed our vehicle, & George who shuttled me back & forth . We were desperate to get the vehicle fixed & on the road because we're an overnight delivery courier & each night we're down we loose cash . No one else had an opening for days . Parker got us in , diagnosed the problem , got us temporarily on the road , got the part in the next business day & repair was completed in less than 4 hours . A 1 - 10 rating I give them a 12. Thank everyone at Parker Automotive . I recommend them th anyone who needs their vehicle repaired , repaired right & in a timely manner .

They know when parts are still under warranty and I have the peace of mind that their work is professional and that I am not being over charged.
