The absolute best! Charlie and the whole team really know their stuff and are completely trustworthy. Whenever I have had any car issues, they tell me what needs to be done, what can wait if you need to and give you options of the best way to do it vs the most cost effective. Super transparent and friendly.

I made an appointment online for state inspection. I went in and everyone was so friendly and helpful. I felt right at home while my car was being taken care of. Highly recommend for all of your auto services. Will definitely be back! Thank you for an incredible experience.

I never leave reviews, but Parkside Auto treated me like a rock star. Steve and everyone there went way above and beyond to make sure that my old car was safe to give to my son to go to college. I can’t say enough good things about Parkside - extremely knowledgeable + fair prices. The best experience I’ve ever had with an auto shop.

I love this place, I've recommended them to many people over the years, because the work is excellent, it's priced well, and the guys are fantastic! At the start of 2024 they're still pushing through the end of a very nice renovation/cleanup, and that's crunching their schedule a bit these days. Looking forward to them finishing up soon and the convenience I used to enjoy with appointments, but in a nice new shop. Despite that, still 6/5 stars.

I do not know if I would take my car anywhere else. I really have had terrific experiences with them from the simple, regular NYS Inspection, to regular servicing of my car, to a last minute battery drainage test. They take care of everything, and keep you informed throughout. They get work done in a timely fashion, and will not charge you for things you do not need. They are all such nice and honest people. I really lucked out.

I do not recommend this place the young boss of this business priced the replacement of brakes at $ 1k replacement in another place $ 500 on people who do not know cars trying to extract a lot of money

I have taken my truck to so many mechanics over the years and Parkside is by far the best! Honest, straight up, smart, and compassionate are few words to describe them. Besides for quickly getting to the root of my vehicle's problem they took the time to explain everything to me and all my options (none of which were sneaky up sells for lots of work). You really couldn't ask for better service. Go here!

I've been taking my car to Parkside since 2016 and I'll never go to another mechanic. This family business has always made me feel they put my interest first. They take the time to explain every detail and every option for the immediate repair needed and the longterm care of my car. They use the best quality parts and are committed to solving all issues when I have a problem with my car. You will always save money in the long run by having Parkside service your car because of the quality of the work, the parts used, and the depth of the team's knowledge having decades of experience. I am so impressed with the level of professionalism, transparency, and skill of the team at Parkside. They never let me down and owner Charlie and his son Charles are thoroughly honest mechanics and people.

Im writing this review to tell you If you have come across Park side auto you don’t need to look any further. I can not stress enough how great everyone is here. They are very transparent with you and just want to do a the best job on your car-and that is exactly what I got when I brought my 4Runner in. After giving it to them for a bit of maintenance, as it is over 21 years old. Once they were done I drove out the shop with what felt like a brand new car! They talked through the problems with me. Were patient and so friendly during. The process. Everyone in their team is exceptional at their job! From Don, Charlie and Christine they are all the best. I have been recommending them to all of my friends. This is now my go to shop for as long as I live in New York! Thanks guys

Whole staff was very friendly and communicative. Brought the car in for an inspection, they found some things outside of the inspection and gave suggestions on how to handle it myself. Very helpful and knowledgeable people.

I love Charlie and the team at Parkside! We’ve been bringing our Audi here for almost 3 years now and they’ve been really helpful, informative, fast and reliable. I even pulled the codes on my vehicle and Charlie was totally open to discussing the work I was curious about and was super helpful. Just goes to show they are a super friendly shop and want to work with you to get you the service you need. I’ll bring my car here every time.
