Excellent service! Took my sons vehicle there for a 2 opinion, I was so impressed with how thorough this shop is. After having a full inspection completed Ray proceeded to thoroughly explain any and all services my son vehicle would need and help me prioritize the severity of each service. I would drive the 45 min distance as often as needed knowing I’m receiving great and honest service.

I Brought my vehicle in for service and this Truck was parked unattended in the middle of one way street, so I patiently waited for several minutes and then got out to ask mechanic in shop if he knew who parked in the middle of the road and said I did and I own this shop it was a strip mall of other shops. He Ray the OWNER refused to move and cussed at me. Worst service ever please see BBB on this rundown business.

They worked on my lifted ford 150 fix the A/C unit, luckily I didn’t have to buy a new A/C air system. They change the oil on my Chevy Malibu fast, honest, good hard working people. Very smart about cars

This is the best example of a successful small business. Ray, the owner, runs an honest shop and brings a broad range of knowledge and experience. I've used Parrott for more than two years after my brother recommended the shop. Ray has kept my nine year old Ford in good shape, including recently doing a major repair. His pricing is very fair and he truly cares about doing right by his customers. I can't make enough positive comments about this shop.

A kind & honest shop with a heart, that is sure not something you find just anywhere. I came to have an estimate done and both Ray and Jonathan took their time to educate and explain their findings to a girl like me! That meant so much, because as women we are seen as a sucker for a mechanic...but not here. I highly recommend supporting this local shop... I also loved the inspiring office art. 🙏🚘🚓

Honest and trustworthy! Brought my car in for a couple of services, including hood release not working properly. He found the cable was pinched by the battery, Fixed it and did the other work without charging me for a new cable

I was referred to parent auto and boy am I glad, They replaced plugs and coil packs, after I got it back it ran like a Swiss time piece. He did it when he said he would do it was done when he said he would be done and did it cheaper than every other shop I checked with, I’m very happy with parrot auto you will be too

Parrot's is my first choice because I know I can count on being treated honestly and with integrity.
