Really good a fast service, the owner fixed my bent rim with a good price and even went out of his way to go retrieve a tire for my car that they did not have in shop! 10/10

I called to price a tire and then when I get there the guy says it’s $10 more which wasn’t the worst problem it was the way the issue was handled when I said I’d called and was told something different. His attitude was very piss poor. YOURE A LIAR and hurting for a dollar obviously. Business must be slow. You see how they respond to their customers with complaints. That’s why yall gon stay a half ass business.

Long story short, on my way to Florida and got a flat with my kids in the car. Patrick’s Tire came and picked up the car and replaced the tire for me hassle free. I love this type of service.Great Service and on point with everything

Do not go there!!!! I’ve had 2 bad encounters and there won’t be another. First I went to have a rim repaired and I had to take to another rim repair shop to fix their mistake but I’m open to second chances so I went back. This time my rim was repaired correctly but they damaged my brand new tire that I just purchased for another company and tried to convince me that the tire was damaged when I brought it there. After talking to the rude owner I had to bring receipt that I just brought that tire in order for him to pay for my damaged tire. They Do Not have the machine to remove tire so BEWARE. They are doing it the old school way so if you do not want more damages steer clear of Patrick’s (I see that the owner responds more to reviews than he does call. P.S I’m talking about your shop Patrick’s Tire and etc on Memorial Drive)!!!

The owner here very disrespectful we got three different trie and got home they were flat .After the second he started he did not see nothing wrong our rams was fine Everytime I called back after we was home I called did not yell at all his or did respect on the way back he had to tow be back to the shop . This time he come at me yelling throwed my tire on the ground and said it's the ram after earlier in the day he said nothing was wrong with my ram . He was very loud and disrespectful he gave me my tire back and not my money only $35. I feel like he should stared ma it's your rim and asked me did I want it fix but he throw my tire on the ground and walked off. His website says he LGBT friendly but I have a text message where he attached who I am.

Horrible guys over here, I called in advance to schedule a tire replacement and they rushed me off the phone snd told me to come i asked if they were sure they said yes, I drove 45 minutes one way to get there just for them to blame me for not having the tire….. he tried convincing me that I told him the incorrect size I just left. Very very bad business I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone in need of any kind of help. Horrible experience I was even threatened before leaving.if I could put 0 stars I would. Never again.

It was after 8 pm on a Sunday night. I needed an odd sized tire that I would have to order, and I knew that. No one was open, no one was likely to have a used one that would fit. I called Patrick, and he answered. He had a 14 inch that would get me by until I got the exact size. He was open, he was not too far away, and he saved the day for me. I was afraid to drive the long way home on the bad tire. Patrick gave me great, prompt service, replaced my tire at a good price, and I was back on the road in no time! Thanks so much!! I will remember him for future incidents. He even helped me tighten a belt on my truck. Gave me great peace of mind, relieved the stress of driving and having a blow out on the interstate. Got me home safe! Thanks so much!
