They were able to get us scheduled quickly and completed the work in the estimated time frame. The only issue we had that lowered our rating was that we were quoted a price over the phone, and when they called to let us know the work was completed the price increased $150. I understand that things can change when they actually see the vehicle and are working on it, but we would expect a call when they found out it was going to be more than quoted to confirm it was still in our budget. Instead of the surprise increase after the job was done. This is our only complaint though. They are friendly and fixed the issue we were having with our Expedition.

Had my brakes done with patriot just under a year ago and they wore out quickly. Patriot replaced them with no charge because of the warranty. During another visit, my daughter needed her oil changed. The drain plug head was stripped so they replaced it, no charge. They are one of the rare places still around that believes in true customer care and satisfaction.

If you have checked around with your buddies and can never find an honest repair shop. Well the buck stops here. I have used this shop on three occasions. They are so honest and full of integrity. Patriot Auto Repair is the only shop you should consider. The wrench is very meticulous and professional. His knowledge and skills are top notch.

My experience was excellent. I took my 2016 Chevy Colorado there for a 4-wheel drive system malfunction that the dealership was not able to repair. The quickly identified the problem as a transfer case leak shorting the encoding motor. I expected to get my truck back after several days, the trouble shooting and repair took less than one day. Their labor rate is very reasonable and much lower than a dealership. The overall price was fair, and I will take all of my vehicles there for repairs in the future.

Patriot Auto did a great job repairing my KIA Sorento after an attempted theft. They were able to get me in the very day I called and had an estimate to me very quickly. They worked very well with my insurance adjuster and gave me a good time frame to get the work done. It was ready just when they said it would be. I appreciated their excellent service and communication with me and will absolutely use them again should any other service be needed. The military discount was also a great perk and saved me almost $90 on my repairs!

Absolutely great service. I had called with request for brake inspection due to taking a short notice trip. Spoke with Emily, who was extremely pleasant, respectful & helpful. She worked me in on the same day. Technician (?) not only ck'd brake pads & rotors, but did a quick/thorough overall road trip inspect. Appreciated the extra efforts for piece-of-mind drive. Will be happy to use their services again as needed. Thx Patriot !!

Called to see how much it would be to change my transmission fluid & obviously change the filter as well! I didn't get a price but they told me they would do the transmission fluid replacement but they wouldn't change the filter!?😲 so I said I'll find another place & thank you & have a nice day but they had already hung the phone up! WHAT!? Whatever is going on in that automotive shop! But they didn't care, & didn't want to take the time to do it & doesn't take but about 20 minutes! I was born & raised in the Springs & never ran across such a rude, & completely bad customer service! Don't Try to get anything done hear because you know how they can be !

My experience with Patriot Auto Repair was more than i expected, they are very,very professional kind and friendly and concerned a bout the issue that I was having with my vehicle.They took the time to really look into the problem I was having and solved it. They are honest and and upfront with me. I can't say enough good stuff about the staff at Patriot Auto Repair.I would recommend them to any that has auto problems. I don't look forward to having any auto problems any time soon but when the time comes and I do need their services you can believe i will call on Patriot Auto Repair.l trust and like the staff there. I brought my car in pretty short notice and they were able to get my car in quick. They charged less for diagnostics then my regular mechanic does. They addressed my concerns and were kind and helpful. They did not lie to me or gouge me on prices which I appreciate.
