Wendy as always was great at being my translator to take my non-sense and put it into useable words for Drew to work on my Jeep JK. I am so happy with the work Drew has done on my Jeep that I have decided that I only ever want Drew to work on my Jeep aside from myself. I brought them a used and neglected Jeep and they gave me back a brand new, better than new Jeep. I had Patterson upgrade my spark plugs & coils. We added a new lift kit since the OEM kit looked worn and neglected with rust. New tires, and new track bar and track bar disconnects. I like to take my family up in the mountains with my Jeep and I rest assured that my Jeep will get me there as long as Drew is the person doing the work on it. Ten out of 5 stars!🌟

I called and needed some work done on my 2004 ram 2500. My water pump was leaking and I needed new brakes. They were able to get me in quick and take care of all the work in one day. Everyone I talked with was very professional and friendly. I am definitely using them for all my auto needs

Seriously, the best shop in town! Wendy the office manager is knowledgeable and will ensure that you are happy as a customer when you pick up your vehicle. Michael their mechanic is awesome, he makes sure that the issue is resolved or will do whatever is needed to fix the vehicle. This is a wonderful shop that I will go back to, fair pricing and they will provide a pretty accurate estimate and keep in contact if service prices change. Highly recommend this shop to anyone!

Everything was Fantastic, from talking to to the very friendly and knowledgeable lady on the phone then later in person to the Terrific Service Technicians. I took my Mazda 3 to instal a new exhaust system and a cold air intake filter. Since the beginning the service was helpful and informative, they were excited to instal this parts in my car and the result is just lovely. For sure coming back for the next upgrades for my baby!!

I actively avoid mechanics as a young woman as I’ve been swindled many times in the past. Having no choice I had to take my car in for diagnostic repair, Pattersons efficiently located the cause for concern and offered cost efficient repair on that service as well as other maintenance repairs required to keep my vehicle safe and smoothly operable. I highly recommend this company, I won’t go anywhere else again!!

The receptionist was very helpful and cheerful. They have always taken care of my issues on my truck and will recommend things that might need work but they twist your to fix it. Very respectful crew there.

Another great experience. Had several issues with the vehicle checked out. Decided to sell rather than repair. Shop did excellent diagnosis and fees were very reasonable. Then they checked out a the replacement vehicle prior to purchase. Professional, friendly, and thorough. Highly recommended.

I cannot imagine being comfortable to take my truck anywhere else. I would refer people to take their trucks to Patterson Brothers over the dealerships; you know when you go in they have the customers safety and value as their priority versus the dealerships that have their business as a priority almost over the customer. In the past when I’ve gone to the dealerships, they have pointed out several other things outside of what I have asked which gives them a much higher invoice to write up. When you go to Patterson’s you know that they’re taking care of you and they’re taking care of the truck. In the end, even more business comes back to them. You can trust their expertise and advice. I always feel solid safe on the road while I am pulling my horses. Thank you guys, so, so much for all that you do!

I wish I can give them 10 stars. Our experience at this place has been nothing but exceptional. You are always worried that show would take advantage of you but they are the most honest people I have met with smart diagnostics. I wish I had more money to give them more business. But seriously if you ever need any work done this is the place to go. We are always treated cordially, given realistic idea of my needs and costs up front. They can be trusted with your vehicle. I can't think of a reason to take my car anywhere else.
