Quality and honest shop. Bought tires 5 years ago from Paul’s and just brought in because of a puncture/screw in one of the tires. Since I purchased and got them installed there they fixed it free. They took in right away and took less than 45 min.

Honest! I was recommended to Paul's by another mechanic I trust, because I was worried about over-spending on unnecessary maintenance: some months back I had services completed at Stress Free Auto (formerly Emerald Auto), and Lexus of Serramonte; both places offered (unrequested!) quotes for many thousands of dollars of 'critical' maintenance. That had me worried. I asked Paul's to inspect the parts of my car that were reportedly in need of 'critical' repair, and only one of FIVE 'critical' items was in need of timely maintenance, and even one item that was something I could defer for a bit, if I chose to! Fast, reliable, honest and compassionate service is hard to find, and I'm so glad I found it at Paul's. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to others - they have a new long term customer in me. I'm grateful to have found another common sense mechanic after the retirement of Jim over at Emerald Auto (which is not the same without him!)

excellent and timely service; friendly and helpful staff. i called about an hour before closing because i had a flat tire that needed to be looked at, and they took my car in and patched up the flat tire for free! and also gave me a recommendation and quote for replacing my tires since they are very worn down. many thanks!

Great service and nice people! I had rim protectors (Alloygators) installed at Paul's tire about a year ago. Had majorly scraped the right rear wheel along a curb so I needed it repaired or replaced. They were able to get the rim protector back in place and also did minor repair on two of the other ones at no charge! Will definitely come back to Paul's Tire!

I’ll get right to the point. John gave me a diagnosis over the phone (and was correct), scheduled me for an inspection/repair/alignment, and had my car repaired the same day that I made the appointment with no bs attached. I can list on one hand the auto repair shops I trust and go to, and this is one of them. I am glad to have discovered this place.

Don’t bring your car here. Got my battery changed and they did it incorrectly. They broke a safety fuse that led to my passanger airbag, which I had to replace on my own for a few hundred. I asked if they could help and they denied any wrong doing. Avoid this place at all costs…

Good place to go to if you want your ride effed up worse than before you came in. For an Oil change, you can expect the wrong oil & not a fresh oil filter. Simple tire patch will turn into 3 destroyed studs & lug nuts . Good luck 🤞!

Shop is taking on too many cars in day causing things to be missed like final inspection which would have uncovered that the original problem was not resolved too bad shop could have made $800 more I ended up taking somewhere else more convenient who had the necessary time to spend on the vehicle. I also had Paul's try to figure out basic problem why the TPMS light went on after 2 visits got second opinion found spare tire was low sensor light off how is it tire shop would not check the air in spare tire twice and new tires replaced were at 4 different psi

Great experience at Paul's replacing 2 tires, alignment + 1 flat repair! Very transparent and fair with pricing - they provided me with a free quote and breakdown of parts and service (unlike other shops I called). Quick service and always able to accommodate my schedule :)

I’ve been going here for about 8 years now. I’ve never had a bad experience with them. They are always incredibly helpful, even when they are extremely busy. Prices are always reasonable. They never try to upsell me. I never feel like they are trying to pull one over on me. They are always very transparent about what they have to offer and what should be expected in terms of price. I highly recommend John and the mechanics at Paul’s Battery & Tire.
