I had a rack'n pion done for $1200.00 dollars on my SUV some months back. After about 2 weeks I went back, my SUV was still not working right. I was told by the owner the rack'n pion was defective he ordered and he could order me another and would call me when it came in. He called told me that the part was in and that I would have to pay $500.00 for the labor. I said, I paid you already and it is not my fault you order a defective part! I told him he should have looked at the part very well before putting it on and that he should get the money for labor from the company that sold him the defective part. I asked him for the name of the company he refuse to give it to me, so I could call them and explain that he wants to be paid again for his labor and they should pay him not me. I also asked him for my new part he refused to give it t o me. Claims he was sending it back to the company.

Top notch mechanics, very honest and trustworthy. Chris is the only mechanic I trust to work on my vehicles. They are fair in pricing and like I said, honest.

This place was really good under the previous owner. The new owner says it's all the same mechanics and equiptment, but I don't believe the last diagnostic I got from them.
