I have been going to Paul's to get tires for a few years and have always been given excellent service. Recently, I had an issue with my suspension and I was quoted a very decent price for tires, breaks, motor mount and other things. Raul treated me like family. Will recommend to everyone!

There is no customer service, starting with the lady at the front who states that she is the owner. I came in asking for a specific size told me is was in stock. The guy came and took my tire came back 20 min later saying I put a 55 instead of a 50 of tire wall for a faster service. Never was that asked for, so he went back and changed it to my orangil size, told me I was good to go that I didn't have to pay anything else. I went back to the front to get the right size tire on the paperwork for future incidents that may happen on the tire and the owner (LADY) :'D says this tire is more expensive. I was okay but your employee said I was good and you are saying you're going to leave the same price. Until she handed my paperwork back to the employee that messed up made a big deal out of nothing, so I ended up paying the $10 to go on my way. Plus, I left a nice tip for there employee that they state that tips don't have to do anything with them (correct), but there employee relay on that to have better pay. Since clearly there hourly pay is crazy for what they pay these man. I recommend that if you don't want to waste your time don't come here.

Son unos ladrones, te dan un precio por cambiar las gomas y balancearlas y te entregan el auto con todos los sensores prendidos para luego decirte que tienes que pagar 20$ dólares adicionales para resetear los sensores. He cambiando las gomas en miles de lugares y todos los lugares entregan los autos sin ningún error solo Paul’s tire te lo entrega con todas las luces prendidas para asi cobrarte de mas. Robaron 20$ perdieron un cliente buen trato felicidades…. Ladrones!

Hemos venido mi esposo y yo en muchas ocasiones y siempre hemos recibido muy buenas atenciones, pero el día de hoy me encuentro aquí y ARON es la persona que nos atendió con SUPER mala actitud. Si bien las buenas experiencias hacen volver a los clientes, las malas son como un repelente. Las personas del front desk/caja son supremamente amables (papá e hijo), muy diferente al servicio que prestan las otras personas.

Very bad service. Muy malo servicio. Te engañan. Hacen con que pierdas tu tiempo y tu dinero. I have been trying to make business with Paul’s Tires for a long time, and every time I go there something bad happens. I went to change my front wheel break pads (ONLY THAT - VERY SIMPLE- I COULD DO IT MYSELF IF I WANTED), but I took the decision to take it there as I am a Uber driver, and I need my car to work properly. And guess what?! They never changed it. It was just the brak pads. And they pretended they changed, but they never did it. Now I had to come to another mechanic to change not just my break pads that they didn’t, but also the disks. So now I have to spend more money and time because Paul’s tires doesn’t do the job they offer. Shame on Paul’s Tires.

The worse customer service experience and the worse of the worse place to get serviced. From the workers to the owner. Absolute trash to say the least. They worked on my mother’s car and returned the car without completing the service. When my mom asked they said oh sorry let’s take the car back. The service was to change tires they never aligned the vehicle nor aligned the car. My mom drove off and her car was swerving !!!!! Called and no one answered she had to go in person and then they had an attitude and were forced to fix what cost 1100. The most disrespectful classless people I have ever dealt with. DONT FO DONT GO A NIGHTMARE !

Malisima atencion llame 2 veces para confirmar y me dijeron que si tenian la goma que buscaba y cuando llegue ni le habian preguntado al señor encargado de ver las medidas de las gomas, solo fui a perder mi tiempo. Solo te dicen que si hay a todo para que vallas a perder el tiempo.

“Que quieres que haga” fue la repuesta del recepcionista cuando le dije que tenía 2 horas esperando mi vehículo el cual iba a tardar 20 minutos el trabajo! La atención al cliente es pésima y falta de respeto
