My Son's car overheated, and when he pulled off the road, he ran over an object that popped both his passenger side items. I call Paul on Sunday, he answered my call, and gave me directions to his shop. We had it towed there, and he was quickly able to get the tires plugged, and the cracked coolant reservoir and hose replaced, Very Happy with everything.

I just purchased a 2017 Camaro and wanted it checked out because I had a vibration. Pauly P's garage checked it out and said I needed new front tires, balance and alignment. Pauly P. told me that that should take care of the vibration. I was skeptical but he was right. I got the new tires,got them balanced, and aligned the front and back wheels. No more vibration!!! His work is outstanding and what he charges for work is good also. I highly recommend Pauly P's garage for any of your automotive troubles or services.

After having an appointment set with another auto shop, I came to Pauly P Automotive based on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. Pauly and his staff are friendly, easy going people who really know their stuff. Pauly also communicates extremely well and at a pace and level that can be understood and absorbed. After several different quotes from other shops, I feel like a was given a very fair, honest, and reasonable price for my repair. I also appreciate that Pauly is into preventative maintenance because I love my vehicle and would love it to last another 150,000 miles. I wouldn't recommend anyone other than Pauly P Automotive.

Can’t speak to his expertise but i crashed my car near his shop and he decided to help by coming up to me and saying “oh thatll probably be over $1k in damage” which sent me into a panic, then he was super rude like “if you keep panicking i cant talk to you” like I didn’t just crash my fricken car. Also, talking over my insurance adjuster while she was on the phone with me, was rude as hell. Hate to break it to ya Pauly, but you definitely didn’t help at all. Just tried to make a buck off me (or a thousand) when I was already down. Learn some social skills, please

I was new to the area and looking for a vehicle. I found Pauly P's Garage when searching for a last minute pre-purchase vehicle inspection. Pauly P worked on the vehicle I had brought in personally. On the initial phone call with him, he had let me know that he had just started the inspection and that he would help with negotiation after the inspection if all went well. Pauly P performed a detailed inspection. He worked directly with me and not the seller which added confidence that he was trustworthy and would provide an accurate and detailed report. In the end, he saved me from making a purchase on a car that would have had to be in and out of the shop for the life of the car. Saved me lots of time and money. Thanks Pauly G!

Pauly P changed out my oil pan after some Grease Monkey stripped my pan's drain bolt. He's the real deal and worth the drive. Best mechanic I've ever used in Colorado to be completely honest.

Pauly P's garage is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!👌🏻 This is now the only mechanic I will ever take any car I own to! ✅️ His customer service/people skills are above top notch, because he is a genuine person and treats people like people, and doesn't try to see how deep your pockets are! 💯 He will price match or beat whatever prices you have been quoted at to the best of his ability, and he does the best of his work on every job he does without cutting corners or making any kind of sacrifice on the customers part! ✊🏻 You just don't find service like this anywhere these days! The big corporate shops only care about the top dollar they can quite you at for their own profiting purposes and blame it on "overhead" etc- 😓 Pauly P will take care of whatever your cars needs are regardless of make or model and be more than fair to you at the same time in regards to your budgets and the quality of his work. ✅️ If you need a genuine honest, and qualified mechanic, this is your guy! ✨️ One of my parts wasn't the right one, he found it with no worries and got the situation totally taken care of still within the time frame he quoted me at. Pauly defines professionalism. He has worked on several of my vehicles and has always done top notch work. Needed a rear main seal repaired and Pauly walked me through what went wrong, what to watch out for and performed the repair. He was incredibly thorough. He has given advice on several occasions and really wants to make sure I was taken care of. I haven’t found a better shop in the area and I trust the work that the team here does. Highly recommend!!!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Professional, honest & knowledgeable on all aspects. Brought in my new tundra, the dealership I bought it from replaced the exhaust for me - they did a horrible job. It looked like a 5 yr old welded it, didn’t do a complete weld & left leaks. Pauly P’s found all the leaks and repaired it how it should have been done in the first place. Very clean, professional welds. I also had air suspension added to my truck to accommodate a truck camper. Pauly did the research on what would be the best set up for what I was needing. When finished he took the time to run thru the whole system with me & how to use/ maintain it. I won’t truck my truck with anyone else.

I came to Pauly P highly recommended by another local shop that provides excellent alignment service. Pauly told me to leave my car for a diagnostic. Days later I came pick up the car and it was not driveable. I was told it was “broken” when I dropped it off but it wasn’t. It had a noise when in motion, but drove perfectly like that for months. I was left with two possibilities: my car was tampered with -or- the car broke down the moment he drove it out for the diagnostic. I believe in people so I went with the latter. - Next Pauly told me the diagnostic he did wasn’t ready and he had to type it up. He told me to pay the $150 diagnostic fee that day and he would email me the diagnostic, and if I had the service done with him he would deduct the $150 from the service cost. Trusting him I paid. That was months ago and to the day I haven’t received the diagnostic. My car has been broken down since then. It’s winter and this is my summer convertible toy so I’m waiting out. - These are the facts. Come to your own conclusions. My recommendation: Stay away!

My husband passed away in February of this year, my highlander was my husband's and has so much sentimental meaning to my daughter and I. Needed a lot of repairs to get it running great for us. I was referred to pauli, of how amazing the work is done always being reliable. I was even allowed to be there for inspection of my car, trust worthy service!!!! It's all fixed up and running great again, great communication for his customers!!! Thanks pauli p's!!!
