So I had a flat during a snow storm. Long story short wind chill was -28• Knowing how rare my tires are, I called multiple shops to see if they had my tire and this one said he did but didn’t open for another hour. Well anyways he acted like he put a new tire on only to charge me for a new tire and then put my old tire back on after he disappeared in the shop for 15 minutes… Anyways I paid for the tire and didn’t even make it back to work before it was flat again. After inspecting the tires, I realized that it was actually the same old tire that I had went there to get changed… how did I know this??? Well remember all the other shops didn’t have the size and said it was going be hard to find…..somehow not only throw shop had my size, but also the same brand and same tread… Ain’t no one stupid …like you really going to have that tire in the back. So I drove back on a flat again and called him out. After making up excuses he finally admits he that he didn’t sell me a new tire but put a patch on my old one and was hoping I wouldn’t notice…. But I did lol and I was his very first customer today so if he done this to his first customer then how many does he screw over just in one day!!! If this is the only tire shop open, I still wouldn’t spend another penny at all…

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I bought three tires from them. This was on Tuesday night. One of them blew out on Friday night. The other two had bulges in the sidewall. I started messaging them about a refund. They wasted my time. I waited for hours for someone they told me was coming and they never showed up. I kept being told a later time then eventually I was told they are not coming. I am out the money and I guess it's just a lesson learned.

Got three holes plugged for 15 dollars each and still had to put air in my tire and then they wouldn’t open the door when I went back two days in a row smh

So my daughter needed to replace a tire on her car. So here I am. On Father's Day, no less, driving her around, trying to find a place that was opened on a Sunday afternoon. We had already been to three shops which were either closed or closing early for Father's Day. Then we got to Payless Tire Shop. We were in and out in about 20min. A Father's work never ends. Haha! Thanks Playless!

Even though online it says that they close at 9 PM on Sundays that is incorrect but somebody was able to help And got me my tire that I needed very very last second I’m greatly appreciative

I had an accident where my tire and rim both were damaged. It was Sunday evening and I was heading to KY. After calling the shop the owner let me know they had just closed however he would be willing to hang around as he had a tire and rim that would fit my car. Long story short I arrived and the owner was there and took care me like I was his best friend. I can not recommend this place enough!!! Thank you again for your kindness!!

They sold me a bad tire had to come back 2 days later to get air and I came back today its been 3 days and I was charged $15 for a plug when the tire was bad. Will not be coming back. Bad customer service even if the tires are used. 👎🏾👎🏾 EDIT: not even 4 days later, the tire blew again. Trash. Happily went to El Brody used tires down the road and paid less money and it came with a WARRANTY. ✅

This is going to be my go too spot everytime. Not a rushed feeling from the owner. Laid back. I bent a rim one day he fixed it with no problem. Came back the next with a blowout. He didn’t have the tire to fix it this time but I felt bad that I couldn’t give him my money. If all businesses ran this way life would be great.

Friendly employees. When I stopped by to ask if they had 2 of my size tires in the shop, the gentleman did not have a mask on. After I went back later, he did. Thank you.

I had a really bad experience with this shop yes ik it was hard to find the type of tire we needed for a Lincoln mkz is low profile tires but we found one that was a lil wider than we needed so It should have worked but ended up not staying aired up I have called a day later could not get threw to anyone and then I was finally able to reach the owner and could not give a exchange or money back with the tire still in condition he gave to me and the tire was kinda high prices for a used tire would not recommend going

Very good customer service here. I Really recommend this Tire-Shop. They stay even till late night in the business for customers. I like their Tires’ condition, the new ones am even the used ones.
