Took my car up there to have it fixed they diagnosed it wanted to charge me $1,700 for it first they said it was the starter putting it on and off they charged me but that was not the issue then gave me an estimate for 1764.00 and trying to charge me for a ECM 955.00 but I can get one for under $200 and they also try to buy my car from me after I told them I was not going to pay to get it fixed

Heather at Pazo Garage is the best ever!!!! She really helped us with the warranty company to get our Toyota Tacoma a new engine. We would not have had the same results without her persistence and expertise. She was so helpful and kind. She really went above and beyond to help us when it felt like no one else could or cared to. I am beyond grateful for everything she’s done for us… words cannot express. She is amazing!!!

I took my 2019 Grand Jeep Cherokee in for a AC check, to find out i needed a AC compressor 😭😭😭 Heather was REALLY nice about EVERYTHING!!! It was a little pricey but they were able to knock off a couple of dollars which was alright with me. I left my car there overnight because I got there at like 230 and they wasn't able to fix it that day because they close at 5pm which was alright too. I picked my car up the next day at 1130am. Needless to say I am burr burr in my car and a happy customer 😊 Thank you for getting me back cool again 😎

If I could give a NEGATIVE 1 Star or a ZERO, I WOULD!!! RUNNNNNNNN FAR AWAY! These folks are SCAMMERS and LIARS!!!!!!!!!!! They changed parts on my car and tripled charged me!!! A year later the same parts (catalytic converter again)needed to be changed! I went back to them not knowing any better and was told that they changed my front converter and that the back one needed to be changed and that it would be 1200! I went to another mechanic and was advised that it will be only 400 and that my car is a 4 cylinder and only has ONE CONVERTER AND NOT TWO!!! PAZO TOLD ME THAT I HAD TWO!!!! The receptionist WILL SWEET TALK YOU AND LIE AND TRY TO ROB YOU OF YOUR MONEY!!!! RUN!!!!!!! These folks will try to scam you and take your money and lie!!!! RUNNNNNNN AWAY!!!!!

2nd place I've brought my car to and paid for a diagnostic check. They told me I only needed a battery. A couple of days later my radiator hose burst. I brought my car in originally due to engine light and shaking. 2 paid diagnostic checks later and still the same issue. People need to understand that times are hard and everyone doesn't have money to waste. This is ridiculous and such an inconvenience. I've spent almost $2k in less than a year over the same issue and never fixed.

Came here for tire change. - unfortunately it takes 45 mins per tire.. I had 2 tires I needed changed. --- it does not take 45 mins each tire... and was told Balancing takes the longest.... I TOTALLY DISAGREE because we install tires ourselves, but athe moment our equipment wasnt working.. I didn't have time to wait.. I asked the front desk and was told we should have asked how long it takes and she also stated the time we arrived to be serviced. PRofessionalism was OK, but not a good spot to get a fast service.. When I told her we change tires as well, her facial expression changed.. and then said her tire guy was New.. 😒.

Disappointed in the quality here lately. I’ve been coming here for years and although I’ve had to bring my car back after it was supposedly “fixed” I remained patient. Paid thousands of dollars to get my car fix and now a few days later something else goes out. This particular piece was working perfectly fine before I dropped my car off. Being that they had to go around this particular piece to fix something else makes me question if something was nicked. Biggest lesson thus far is you get what you pay for. I am all out of patience at this point and sometimes the cheapest route isn’t always the best. Dealership from here on out.

I always come and get my inspections here, and the people are very friendly specially the lady at the front desk Heather she’s sweet and will take care of you and help you out, she even walked out with me to see if my cars drums needed to be replaced!

I came here looking to get a new battery and received that and so much more the staff are so polite and professional. I was greeted right away and I felt like I can trust them. It’s so hard trying to find a good mechanic that won’t rip you off. But I’m glad I found pazo garage, I’ll be getting all my car work done here for now on.

I just want to say that Ms Heather at ponzo, is an amazing, wonderful and kind hearted woman. I was in quite a bit of a jam and she did all she could and then some to accommodate me. i told them about my worries about my wheels, i thought it was wheel bearing problems, they told me what they were going to do. just a few hours so fast, called right back and told me that it was just a small noise problem that they fixed, just my heat shield loose and rubbing up the wheel and making the noise. they conducted that the bearings werent a problem, nor anything else, and that it was just that making the noise. they said it wasnt anything major and since it was a small fix, everything was free of charge.
