I had to have my car towed in because it lost all power when they checked it. My battery was disconnected and they didn’t charge me anything for it. The gentleman behind the counter was incredibly nice and very helpful and also very honest. Had I taken it to a different mechanic, they would’ve charged me just for reconnecting the battery, thank you PCS Auto

PCS is the BEST!!!! 🙌 🚗✨ My car window got smashed by someone 😭, and I needed it replaced. I drove around for over a month with no window because SAFELITE had cancelled my appointment 3 times in a row (day-of)! I gave up on Safelite, and my coworker recommended PCS Automotive to me ❤️🙏🚗 I'm so glad they did! I called PCS Automotive, and they IMMEDIATELY got me scheduled the very next day. My broken window was fixed in LESS THAN 24 hours! ✨🚗✨😍🙌 PCS really saved me! And not only did they replace my window, but they cleaned up the area and made it look so nice 🚗✨👌 Also, first responders get a DISCOUNT! 😍✨🙏 PCS Automotive was much cheaper than Safelite by about $75 !!! PCS is my go-to place! 🙏THANK YOU, PCS AUTOMOTIVE ❤️

I came in to get air in one tire that always loses pressure. PCS checked and found something that NO OTHER business has ever found and fixed it free of charge!!! Great honest locally owned business!!! Highly recommend them!!!

Juan, the owner goes above and beyond, and I am very grateful. I was in a car accident over a year ago and took my car to PCS for repair. Unfortunately at the time, I dealt with a FORMER employee there who was apparently a bad apple and has now been let go. After I told that former employee several times that my dash lights (check engine plus 5 others) were all on, he returned my car to my driveway at about 6 in the morning one day UNANNOUNCED! The next day, all of the dash lights were on once again!! And, I had a headlight out that couldn’t be fixed with bulb replacement because the wire to it was missing. At that point, after 7 months dealing with this guy and around 17-18K of insurance proceeds going to repairs, I was utterly despondent and really emotionally unable to even deal with the guy any longer. It was all too much. Fast forward to last week, and my car required an e-check. Of course, it failed because the dash lights were all on. In tears, I decided to reach out to PCS. I am so glad I did!! Juan was so kind and understanding. He explained to me that they had had problems with the former employee with whom I previously worked. Within 10 minutes, Juan’s guys had my headlight fixed and even taped my temp tag on for me and removed my old outdated plate. Juan asked me to come back the following business day in the morning. He had my car for one day and fixed all of the issues without any cost. The next day, my car passed the e-check. Juan made a very stressful situation for me into a piece of cake. I highly recommend speaking to him next time you need repairs or body work! Thank you PCS!

I've taken my car in twice to get fixed i originally wanted to give these guys a good review, because they have done good work on my vehicle the 2 times they di and because they told me it was a simple fix on my car and I was relieved!! But tbh I just don't think they could either find the parts and are lazy or just don't want to fix my car! I have given them plenty of things i know are wrong with my car to the point of where the vehicle won't pass a e-check at the station! When i came back to tell them and ask of they would do it, Juan the guy at the front gave me the impression I was wasting his time! Bad customer service! On the parts i needed when i did get it repaired i had bought some high end parts he would not use and on others he said he couldn't find it, and I found it at napa right up the street! To top it off they gave me my car back the first time and the alignment was way off which now I have to fix everything that that messed up too!! I have the money I even have family willing to help out with money so I don't know what the problem is? Again I wanted to give these guys a good review their timely but not thorough enough I have plenty of stuff they could have made money on but didn't and nothing its going to cost me more! Why would they give me the car back if its still throwing codes and making noises??

Paul, Patty, Juan and crew have been taking care of my cars and camper for decades. They give solid advice, step outside their usual work to help me with unusual requests and suggest people and places to help me build iIrish newsmagazine. Highly recommended.

Had a dent on the side of my vehicle and was recommended to come to PCS for the repair. Would highly recommend! Carol was very nice and able to answer all of my questions about timeframe/price/etc. They provide free estimates and was able to fix the dent and repaint my door in just a couple days . It is also very affordable! Thank you Carol, Joe and the rest of the team!

John and his crew made the replacement of my passenger mirror seamless, smooth and timely. After inquiry to other places that gave me bad information and were out to take my money, John reassured me he would take care of me. Carolyn was very pleasant despite a busy afternoon with customers . She made sure I was satisfied with the work before I left. The body shop is immaculate with friendly technicians. I was even introduced to the technician who worked on my car which was a nice touch. Will definitely be recommending PCS Automotive to everyone!

These guys were recommended to me by a friend and are legit. I will def keep coming back to Juan and the crew. Dropped my car off in the morning and was driving again by the end of the day. I was in a bind and needed my car fixed asap. After some research when I got home my quote was honest and cost efficient. Being a single mom and having limited funds this was very much appreciated. They even gave me a ride to work while I waited…top notch guys. I’ll be back with some taco and queso coupons and will def recommend them! 🌮🌮

We have been using PCS for years, then I bought a new car and then just dealt with the dealer, I had a coil issue, took it in this morning and Juan had it back to me before 5pm. SUPER price, I will never go back to the dealer with this car, thanks Juan and the PCS crew!
