I cannot recommend them enough. I had this issue on my Mini Cooper with an engine light going on and off for months. I took it to my local shop several times but they couldn't fix the issue. I took it to the dealership and also couldn't fix it, and the next steps would cost me a couple of thousand bucks. I found them online and took my car with them, and they repaired it for half the price I was being charged at the dealership. They were also very honest, and refunded me with the value of pieces they didn't end using. The car never presented any more issues.

Best repair shop in the city. I've been taking my MINI here for a couple years now, and have nothing but good things to say about the quality, speed, and professionalism of Pearce Autotech. I'll be taking my car here for service for years to come.

I started with Jason and now work with Josh/Joshua. I super trust them that if/when my 2014 Mini breaks down, I'm getting used and planning in bringing it back to Pearce. I trust their judgment and I know they know my car. I've only gone to them for any mini issues.

Great service, fair prices, wonderful people! If you have a Mini Cooper to upkeep, and you want to pay less than at the dealership, and still be sure that everything will be done right, look no further! Pearce Autotech, I don't think that it gets better than that!!!

Took my 2015 Mini Cooper here for maintenance checks and some fixes. Excellent service! Way cheaper than a dealer, around 70% cheaper in comparison. They even washed my car! They have a waiting area but I opted to wait at a cafe a few blocks away. Note: The neighborhood is a bit sketchy.

I really enjoyed my experience with Pearce Auto. I found them to be honest, quick, and affordable. They got my Mini Countryman in and out in one day. They replaced the brakes and did a full tune up. My car is running great. They will be my go to shop, I HIGHLY recommend them.

The Pearce Autotech team is awesome. The team thoroughly diagnosed the issues with my Mini Cooper. And fixed the problems. My Mini Cooper now runs smoothly. I greatly appreciate all the hard work and dedication from Pearce Autotech. Highly recommend this shop!

This shop /knows/ Minis and if you have a 2002-2008, definitely your guys. I've had my '05 S and '06 GP both serviced by Pearce over the past 5+ years and to say they're fantastic is an understatement. I drive INTO the city from Marin because I know they're the best. Knowledgeable and super nice, couldn't recommend Pearce Autotech more. Nothing more confidence-inspiring than walking into a shop where the mechanics drive the same car as you.

If you have a mini look no further. They are honest and keep you well informed. I came in because my service engine light came on and I needed to clear it before a smog check. It was easy to schedule an appointment, they are thorough with their diagnostic, they explain what are priority fixes and they don’t pressure you to do anything. They were quick to fix and gave me accurate updates of when the car would be ready. These folks are mini pros and I’ll be coming back. Thanks guys!

I took my 2014 Mini Cooper to the BMW dealership in San Francisco because of my rough idle and popping noise from the front end thinking that since my car is made by BMW they should do quality work, well let me tell you something, they didn't find anything wrong the first time so it kept happening and I took it back to them, this time they found damage to my motor mounts and loaded the wrong system software ! After I got it back, same thing popping noise so I stumbled upon Pearce Auto by chance and had them check it out, they found the problem 2 broken front control arms and bushings i had do the repair and I've never been more satisfied with the quality of work, quality of the technicians and their knowledge of these cars i was also impressed by Jason the manager of the service center and him going completely out of his way to insure everything was fixed in a very short time 1 day, BMW had my car for over 2 weeks ! but if anyone reading this review has any concerns about Pearce Auto, please rest assured that they will take care of any problems you may be having so you won't keep looking for a service center. This place does quality work for a very competitive price... ***** star rating

Jason is great. I've taken my car to him for years. He knows the cars that he specializes in. He won't push extra services on you. If you ask him, if you really need it, he will honestly tell you if you really need the service. He has great customer service and will go above and beyond for his customers.

We've been servicing our cars for 5 year at Pearce. Yohan is always available to explain what needs to be done and doesn't try to get you overspend if not necessarily. Serviced 2 Minis and a GTI.

Was referred to Pearce Autotech by another Mini owner and have stuck with them for years! Great service - really explain in detail the issues and give honest opinions on what needs to be fixed right away, what should be done soon, and what can wait. Plus, the prices are always MUCH cheaper than what the dealer quotes, so it was an easy switch.
