I came in with a nail in my tire and was prepared to replace the tire if necessary. The folks at Pedro's assured me that was not necessary at all and patched up my tire at a great price very quickly. Straight shooters all around and I would definitely recommend.

Fast, affordable, excellent service! My husband and I drove into Houston from New Orleans and discovered an almost flat tire the next day. Our hotel was near Pedro's, so we drove right over. We were fixed up and ready to go in 10 minutes!

This place was great! I went there because I had a nail in a tire on my daughter’s Mazda C-X5 ( that couldn’t be patched due to the location of the nail) and thought I might try to buy a used tire as I’m planning on replacing all four tires in one year (as the others are not needing to be replaced yet). I am so glad I read all the great reviews and went to Pedro’s as I ended up getting an almost new Toyo Open Country A38 tire (around $165 plus installation) for $65 installed at Pedro’s. It turns out there was a nail in a second tire which they were able to patch for $20. I am going to hire them to change the oil as well—they are and super convenient location (just north of downtown). No wait—they were busy but extremely fast.

This was the best experience I’ve had at a tire shop. I needed a tire patched they charged me 20 bucks went above and beyond with customer service and put air in my tire as well as letting me know other services offered. I recommend! And they are fast 💨 they also fixed my lug nuts from a previous mistake at another shop free of charge .

I came here for the very first time and moments after I left my tire was flat again. So I decided to give it a second chance and go again later that day. The same man who attended me before “Fixed it” or so I thought. Once again my tire was FLAT! Mind you I was charged the second time and I wasn’t planning on going a third time.

I came here previously with a friend and she loved her experience. I came back today to get my tire issues looked at and the customer service was superb 👌. They are very friendly and I rate their service among the best in Near Northside Houston! They are honest about what needs to be done and are fair in price. Shout out to Victor for a job well done! I will definitely come here for all my tire needs.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I went to have my oem wheels taken off, tires switched to new wheels, have them balanced and mounted. When I get there, one of the workers has a Bluetooth speaker clipped to him blasting loud music, which is fine, but then we start talking about the work I want done and he doesn't turn down the music. We have to raise our voice to an almost shouting level. I had called earlier and they quoted me a price over the phone. They quote me a much higher price once I'm at the shop for the exact same work I had discussed over the phone. I still agreed as I needed the work done. The worker jacks my car up and takes of the first wheel. He proceeds to dismount the tire from the oem wheel when the metal paddle hits one of my spokes scratching and chipping my wheel. I tell him he hit my wheel and scratched it up but his coworker says it can be washed off. It obviously can't as it's chipped and scratched. There's groves and paint missing on my wheel. He insisted it's washable but I had to have him feel the grooves and he didn't say anything afterwards. No apologies or accountability. The other worker puts my new wheel onto the other machine and scratches that wheel as well. I tell them that I'm not having any more work done here and that I'm leaving to a different shop. He tells me they have a different machine that won't scratch wheels they can use. Why they didn't use that machine in the first place is absurd. I still tell them no, I'm going elsewhere. They then proceed to inflate my tire and put it back on my car and I leave. No concern or apologies for scratching up two wheels. The stock oem wheels are from a brand new Lexus with less than 300 miles, worth $1,450 a piece. The other wheel they scratched are brand new Volk Racing TE37s worth $1,100 a piece. Definitely not cheap wheels but they treated them as if they were spare donuts. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this place!!!

This morning took my wife's vehicle to get a slow tire leak looked at and if possible to be fixed. The employee took tire off and inspected it. The slow leak was leaking from a area that had been previously patched. Employee gave me two choices, A bigger patch over the existing patch or the plug. I chose the bigger patch, we'll that didn't work; so second choices was applied, and that didn't work. The employee put the tire back on. I left the tire shop an drove home. I'm at the house looking for my cellphone, I checked the vehicle twice and the house twice, I could not find the phone, so I walked to the tire shop and asked Mr. Victor a employee, if any one turned in a cellphone, he said no one have given them any phone. Mr. Victor asked me for my number, so he can call the phone to see if we could hear it ringing around the the tire shop. Nothing was heard, so I thanked him and started to walk back to the house. Out of nowhere he went the extra mile to walk with me back to the house to call my cellphone to see if I could hear it ring and sure enough the phone was under some paperwork on the passenger seat. I had thanked him for all of what he had volunteered to do. Employees ike that are very few. (It was only three blocks)

10/10 I had a nail in my tire and they fixed it within 15 minutes. They were efficient and so kind. Very knowledgeable and hard workers! They didn’t try to rip me off. Will 100% go back again for any tire issue I have.

Great place to have a tire repaired. They stopped a leak that was coming from the rim seal. Did a great job in a short amount of time as I waited. Will definitely be back next time I need their help.

This is my third time going to Pedro's. They always provide quick (<15 min) service, they are honest, always offering low cost options to repair, replace used, or new. Really appreciate having a locally owned and operated shop that I can trust. For as long as I'm in Houston, I won't go anywhere else. Very luckyy they were open today after Hurricane Beryl👍
