I won’t go anywhere else for my tires. The integrity and honesty that the manger, Robert has is unmatched! I was almost ripped off by another tire shop some years back, I came to this Peerless on Eubank and Chico for a 2nd opinion and was told THE TRUTH! Plus, Peerless was cheaper. I appreciate this shop so much! Stellar customer service and stellar work! Thank you!

I have been coming to store 119 in Albuquerque, NM for several years now. Today, especially Ed Barr the Sales manager, helped me and he was fantastic. I really appreciated all his knowledge and help. Very very excellent guy!!! And the person who installed the tires was excellent also!!!! I needed four new tires, I went early and the wait was minimal. I very much appreciate this store location for all my years of service!!! Thank you Ed Barr!!!!

Very uninterested and unfriendly manager (or acting like one...). Took my car for tire balance. Without even looking at who he was talking to, he said NO. Instead, I said that I might have an account there, reluctantly asked for the account phone number, said it was not on record, and wanted to charge me $50 for a balance! I bought my tires from them within a year! This is only a symptoms of management issues!.Will not go there again.

I was on my way to work when I got a blowout on the interstate. Fortunately, my destination was right next door to this Peerless Tire. I was able to make it into the parking lot and had a new tire on my car within 15 minutes for a super reasonable price. What would've been an extremely dramatic day turned out to be barely a hiccup thanks to these guys. Highly recommend.

I had to click on s star in order to give a review. Worst place yo purchase tires. Bought new rims & tires there, when I went to get a tire repaired, dropped my truck off & several hours later went to pick up my truck. Was still sitting in the same place I had left it. These fools hadn't even youched it. Since that day I've gone to discount tires. Peerless tires at this location SUCKS!!!!

I went to have a nail removed from my tire and fixed but they didn’t have to fix it because the nail didn’t penetrate my tire. So asked what I owed and he said nothing but to give the guy a $10.00 tip for taking off my tire and removing the nail that didn’t even make a hole.

If I could I would give this place no stars. Horrible costumer service. Been over a year and 5 months since I purchased my rims and tire here costing me about little over 2G. If was better when Juan was working here. He's the one I purchased the rims and tire from. Lazy guy with the missing teeth always had a problem with me. Rude AF . I did not have my tire paperwork. I should be in the system because this is the only place that I go to to purchase all my tires.

The manager at Peerless Tires is great to work with. I took my flat tire in several days ago for repair. I left the tire to be repaired and it was quickly repaired on that day. When I picked it up he and his staff put the fixed tire back on to the vehicle , replacing the spare. The staff is customer orientated, friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this Peerless on Eubank and Chico in Albuquerque, NM. This company is fortunate to have the caliber of staff they employ.

The manager gave me great service. I couldn't afford a whole new set of tires and he accomodated towards a best-scenario solution; for my specific needs. Definitely affordable, I plan on coming back for a whole new set!

I went by had a "22" year old working on my car, I was asking a question totally ignored me, talking to his co workers and wouldn't get off his phone! Worse experience ever, will not take my car there for tires!

Ive been here quite a few times over the last couple years. I got new tires here. I drive a lot and Ive had a couple flats. Theyve fixed them with no issues and no fighting about warranty. In and out within 30min. Theyve done a couple other tire repairs and rotations for me. Never had to wait for service. Theyre very kind and professional. Ive never had to spend more than 30min there even with the initial all new tire install. Highly recommend.
