You don't know me and I have no reason to lie to you...I'm not sure if it's a race thing or not but I paid $500 dollars for my daughter car to be fixed and it wasn't they will say they did it even the second time and it's a lie. It took me to send it to highland Indiana for not only a better price but for the job to be done. I am so upset and offended by how I got treated. So go at your own risk. And please don't go if you are a women of color...

INSURANCE HOLDERS BEWARE: They do not accept insurance, and I found out the hard way. They have worked on my car before, always being cheap, fast, and efficient.I've been going there since the place was named JUAN'S. I never had to get the same thing fixed twice. Recently, someone hit my parked car, damaging one wheel and requiring suspension work. I called them, and they said to bring it in for repairs. Long story short, I made a mistake by telling them how much the insurance gave me before they provided a quote. They then demanded much more. So much more, in fact, that my insurance asked them for receipts for the parts and explanations for some of the labor terms. They couldn’t provide individual receipts, like showing a receipt for a specific part at a certain price from a particular company. As a result, my insurance refused to cover the additional $400, and I had to pay it out of pocket. So, a $900 job turned into a $1,300 job, likely because I mentioned that I had insurance.

I had a very bad experience with this mechanic shop. I brought my car there last year to replace some parts. They didn't do good job. I still need to do the same services again this year. It looks like they don't know what they are doing. Unfortunately, I don't recommend pely's Auto Repair

Got a used engine from these guys and they told me the catalysts coverter being being removed by me caused the engine to have a spun bearing. But the oil light popped on the same day when the engine was dropped. Do not go here trust me

I really like going to them but my only issue is that their Catholic converters don't seem to last long. This is the 3rd one in less than 2yrs I need replaced.

I've been going to Pely's for all my car issues, and I love it here. They explain your car problem to you show you different prices for car parts, let you choose what best fits your budget and they never try to get over on you. I'm so happy my brother brought me to this shop, cause me being a woman I'm comfortable coming here knowing I'm getting quality work done and not getting played, Thank you Pely's

They do great work but are always packed and slow. They also charge a bit more than the place I go to now. If I want to stay in the area they are my #1 choice especially if I have time.
