I have been coming to Penn Auto for a few years since I moved to the city and could not recommend a business more. I have driven BMW for over 10 years and this shop is by far the best I have worked with. They are family owned, honest, trustworthy, so easy to work with, truly reasonably priced, and absolute experts on BMW and high performance vehicles. If you drive a BMW, this shop is a must!!! Everyone I have encountered at the shop has always been so friendly. My experiences with them over the years have stayed consistent and I have never trusted a shop more than I do Penn Auto. Any issue I have, I know I am not going to get ripped off and I will be taken care of. I am moving states soon and regret leaving them. Jennifer has even extended the offer for me to call anytime I feel I am getting ripped off - she even mentioned she's had people come in from all over just to work with them. I don't blame those customers one bit. Could honestly see myself doing the same if necessary. They are the best in the biz!!! Thank you for your business Penn Auto!!!!

I live up in Tulsa, and I will not take my BMW to any other establishment than the most reliable mechanics at Penn Automotive, whom are just as knowledgeable about BMW cars as the dealership, but at a much reasonable cost. I highly recommend Phen and all the brilliant professional staff at Penn Automotive for your BMW mechanical needs.

Great auto shop for BMW. The ladies in the office know their stuff. Jennifer knew what car I had and what the problem was over the phone. They are my shop for my vehicles.

The absolute best mechanic shop in Oklahoma. Everyone there is very friendly, detailed and it’s obvious they truly care about you getting the best deal while taking care of your issues. I have a 2015 X5 with 125k miles on it so I was about to trade it in. I was quoted $6,200 from another reputable shop but decided to get a 2nd opinion before trading it in and I’m so glad I did. Penn was able to repair the most costly issue instead of replacing it for 1/3rd of the cost! Can’t say enough good things about them!

we took our BMW x3 to Auto Penn to get it serviced-. great job! They told us in detail what needed to be done this time and what should get done in some time, they didn't even try to sell us some expensive services or parts. Will definitely come back next time, thank you!

The people over at Penn Automotive are 10/10!! Super knowledgeable and super helpful! They fixed my BMW 3 series very quickly and for a really good price in my opinion. Will most definitely start coming here for all my mechanic needs.

Owner operated service and repair of BMW, told by AAA driver that it is best shop in OKC for all things BMW, will update review when I get car back. Got car back 2 weeks ago. Fixed battery holder in trunk, in cabin lighting and inspected whole car. Great shop, owner operated exceeds all expectations. Wouldn't go to dealer unless I had to with Penn acailable.
