Never coming here again. Took forever and staff just mumbled and handed me an iPad and I had no idea what he said then he left. Paid $104 when I wanted the basic. Only going to valvoline from now on.

Top-notch I was in an out and no time at all. The greeter came to my car and brought me a bottle of water it was very friendly and very helpful.

I will not be coming back. The guy that was helping me was very rude and I’m interested, he told me the filter inside my cabin was only gonna be $29 and he ended up charging me $39. He was very condescending and pushy about trying to get me to buy more expensive oil when I said I just wanted the cheapest one. Would not recommend.

The two guys were friendly and fast the first time I came. Yesterday however, the guy told me to not pull in unless being guided because I could've drove into the pit. No one was there so I pulled up 🙄 Then as he was directing me to turn my wheel he was getting irritated. He made me feel like I was bothering him or something. I started to say something to him but I was afraid he might mess something up under my car 🤦🏾‍♀️

These guys really helped me out today to see what was wrong with my check engine light. I had a Misfiring of a sparkplug and they was able to put the wire back on Correct I thought I needed my transmission Flushed, but that was not needed. Some other places they would have just did it! That's why I go to places that are true to their craft! I will return and I recommend other to come here.

Honest Review. Technician not personable at all, came off as condescending and as if I was bothering him. Very rushed oil change I understand a quick oil change is favorable for everyone but that was rushed and there was not even a reason for it as there was no one there when I arrived and no one there when departed.. My rear guest tire valve was not put back on, washer fluid not refilled, no light check. Sub par service. They seem knowledgeable, not focused or caring though.
