They told me I had a stripped bolt and they could not change my oil until I took my truck to a mechanic and had it removed. I went to Mr fast lube and they had the bolt out in about 2 min and changed my oil no problem.

I went to pennzoil today to have my oil change. The staff was knowledgeable of their job and took care of my car. I was pleased with service until I got into my car and noticed they had broken my side panel on my seat. I went back in to tell the owner; he quickly dismissed my claim. He went to his technicians and said this lady “claims we broke her seat”. They offered no solution to the problem or any of my money back. He had one of his workers processed to tape my seat up with gorilla tape. The owner never once came back outside or apologized. I felt this was very unprofessional and tacky.

You do not have to wait long to get your car serviced and that is great. I would recommend them.
