Came here faithfully for years to get my oil changed. These guys kept trying to convince me the last 4 times that I needed my coolant flushed. I Just got a new engine in my Ford!! STILL tried to convince me. Had pep boys test my coolant and it tested perfectly. Not the first woman they tried to run their game on. Beware ladies!!!

Horrible service. Did a full oil change without telling me what type of oil they were putting in my car then over charged me severely without giving me the choice. Won’t be back

I went in for a Tuneup and Fuel Injection Flush today, I’ve been going here for over 20 years, great service every time!💯 Sam is very nice 😍 he always do a great job, I’m satisfied every visit. Check him out, you’ll leave with a smile!

I wouldn't recommend to go if your a woman going alone. I usually get full synthetic oil for my oil change, and it usually 5,000 miles. They gave me 3,000 and said I didn't ask for 5,000. However, after doing some research the oil they gave me is supposed to last for more than 5,000 miles. Then, there was no indication that my oil was dirty and offered me oil cleaner after they started the oil change. Lastly, I was rushed out with no complete understanding of what took place. I have been hesitant to go to this place, but I thought the reviews were legit. Like I said, take a man with you if you are a woman or just don't go.

Great quick service oil change! Sam was very nice and made my oil change go without a hitch. Very polite gentlemen in the shop with great customer service. I was in and out and paid less than average of other oil change shops in the area. Definitely found a new place!

This place does excellent work they give good service suggestions and they do not try to overcharge you. They work with you on the price very well and the best thing they do is they do not try to pray on customers for unnecessary charges. Very good customer service. Definitely will come back.

I really love going to Penzoil on W. Right Mile in Detroit. They take good care of me every time I go. They always tell me other things needed for my car. I love the staff and their manager Sam. They are all very friendly.
