I have all my cars detailed at Penske Rapid Repair every year. They do good work and always meet their promise when the car is ready for pickup. This is not your basic wax job.

Unfortunately when first owning my car I scratched every rim by cutting corners too closely. Penske Rapid Repair fixed all four wheels and made them look new!! Thank you John and anyone else involved who made my car look great!

I had a ding in my car door that really bothered me. I took it to Penske Repair Service and they got me in the next day for repair. I was able to wait while they repaired the ding. It was a perfect job! You would never know there had ever been a ding in the door. The cost was very reasonable and my car is like new again. I would highly recommend this company!

To John and Matt Marvel. Prior to physically going into their shop, I had called and left a voicemail while getting my car serviced. No reply within 2 hours, so I go in after my service was complete at BMW. So, I walk in to order touch-up paint for my BMW individual color. I get redirected by the reception to John. He very nicely takes my info and the VIN of my car. He tells me he will get back to me the sane day regarding the ordering of my paint. As I walk out, I get a business card with a Matt Marvel name on it. Days past and no email, and no one answers or returns my calls. I don't know what to think as to why I'm not being served. Apart from viewing this as a race related issue, there really isn't anything else to go off. I hope that after this review, someone gets a hold of me.

Banged up my wheel on a Tuesday, made an appointment the next day and was in and out under an hour with a repaired wheel. Very fast and paid less than I expected. Very satisfied.
