Eddy and Jake from pep boys off of central were amazing!! After being misdiagnosed over at the Juan tabo location they made everything right! I will definitely being going back to see Jake and eddy for future repairs!

Legendary Customer Service: Jake & Eddie were outstanding. Came in with a critical issue, on the Sunday before Christmas. Changed a diesel fuel filter without an appointment. Got us back on the road in 2 hours! Fantastic crew! We can’t praise the highly enough. Thank you Jake & Eddie. You saved our Christmas!

After returning from trip, we had a flat tire. We limped over to Pep Boys — closest tire service to the airport — they patched it up and recommended a great Vietnamese restaurant across the street. Thank you Jake!

I ordered my tires online, they said they would be ready at 12pm the next day. I showed up at 1pm next day. Their tire machine was broken, was told to come back the next day. Showed up the next day. They put my car on the lift and realized my tires were not even there. Told to come back the next day. Next day, tires were still not delivered yet. Told to come back the next day. Tires were finally put on the final day. This was very inconvenient and when asked if there was some sort of coupon I could use, they wouldn’t budge on helping me out with anything. Did not even apologize for the inconvenience. Worst experience here and will never go back

Pep- Boys @5600 Central in Albuquerque fixed my tire yesterday, but I had a flat this morning. Jake (manager), totally took care of me and made things right. These guys were so busy, yet made time to get me up and running, be patient because they are so busy it will require wait time. I suggest, if possible, dropping it off. Thank you So much Jake and crew, I will definitely use pep boys again for all my car needs.

Took my dart in for tires and battery replacement. When I picked up my car it only has 3 new tires and the battery wasn't mounted also the exhaust system from exhaust manifold back missing. Exhaust system stolen . When I asked about it the manager denied it

Closest (only?) place in town with free compressed air available to the public. Thank you, sirs. However, I took my vehicle in today for an estimate for a repair on my windshield wiper and instead of an estimate, they did the repair and charged me $100 more than I had. I put it on a credit card but will not do business with them again!

Jake and his people were able to get me in and help me out (on very short notice) with some critical repairs that otherwise would have left me stranded. I appreciate them and will continue to go to them for business in the future.

They put two excellent tires on my car. Two stars for that. But...During the process they broke a sensor. Offered to fix on their dime, everything sounded good. But a week went by without a call and I started to text them (at the number they gave me) trying to get a status. No response. Called cust serv, who relayed a message to the manager Ronnie. Ronnie calls and leaves an irritated message on my vmail. That I came across to him like I thought they were "ducking" me. After a lot of back and forth and trips to two locations, problem still wasnt fixed. Left Pep Boys and went directly to Firestone, who fixed the problem in 45 minutes. Pep Boys, you guys know better than this.

Huge shout out to Jake (manager) and Chris (mechanic), who helped me with replacing all rotors and brake pads on my car despite very short notice (courtesy of the online scheduling system not working properly). They were both very kind and understanding of my situation (prior front brakes were not serviced correctly by previous mechanics) and Jake did everything he could to knock the price down for me to rectify the previous mechanic’s mistakes. A bit pricy of a fix all and all, but cheaper than I would’ve been quoted at many other auto shops, and considering it was technically an emergency service it was understandable

Jake was super fast with my inspection for Lyft. I was out in less than 15 minutes. NOTE: Lyft lists pepboys as $19 for inspections, but this is untrue the actual cost is around $50 which is competitive with other places. Just know that anywhere you go it’s Not going to be $19.

Ok so ended up here because they were close to my home. Good decision. Tires first, brakes, control arms, thermostat. On my subaru that was new to me. Jake n Ronnie get A+. Made it to Las Vegas NV. Jake n Ronnie...gonna call you guys to recommend someplace in Vegas!! Thanks guys!

We had an unplanned visit to this Pep Boys location on our way through Albuquerque, after getting some really bad vibration. We were close to closing time, but Reynald was able to check things out, and discovered that the tread on the back tire was starting to separate. We were on our way to having a blowout and all the fun that comes with it, but he was able to get us in, and get two new tires, and back on the road. They get 5 stars because I can't give them more. They're friendly, helpful, and do great work at a really good price. If I lived in the area, I wouldn't take my car to anybody else!

Great group. Showed up for a tire without an appointment and a UHaul I couldn’t lift off the hitch, and manager Jake got things moving quick with some speedy help from his teammate Angel. Very professional and prompt.

I went in to get my tire patched from running over an enormous screw...Chris started working on my tire right away and did a proper patch job..Jake is an awesome manager, he got me in right away...They are an awesome team that were really polite and did a good job.Thanks Chris and Jake!..5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!
