I brought my car to Pep Boys for an oil change and tire rotation for a trip. They provided professional service and a reasonable price. I will definitely bring my car back there again the next time I need service.

My first visit at Pep Boys won’t be my last as Martin, the office manager, was efficient at his job and my mechanic, who was alone, expediently completed his work without the customer having to be at the shop all day! Questions were answered and the total price didn’t increase. I will return as I value companies that still have ethics and appreciation of customers - that was evident here.

Brandon got me in and out of there in 15/20 minutes to plug a tire. He was kind to my friend with me as well. The inside could use some updating where you wait but don’t blame Brandon!

Ran over a random something in the city streets (bc it’s not ATL if you don’t run over nail filled potholes). Brandon promptly answered my call and told me he could either 1) plug the tire or 2) provide a new tire that was in stock. Thankfully he was able to plug my tire and I was on my way in no time! Thank you Brandon!

Despite the shop being super busy, it only took about 3 hours for my rotor/brake work to be finished. They had reasonable prices and the staff were helpful and polite.

I went to Pep Boys last Friday after two of my tires blew out, and Martin and his team provided incredible service! As a woman, I don’t typically handle car repairs myself, but Martin made the whole experience stress-free. After calling roadside assistance and getting my car towed, I worked with Martin, thinking I only had a front right tire blowout. However, he quickly pointed out a bubble in the sidewall of my back right tire that would’ve blown out soon if it wasn’t fixed. Martin went above and beyond to help me. I drive an EV and wanted the same tires that were already on my car, but they didn’t have them in stock. He took the initiative to look at other stores’ inventory, called the Peachtree City location, and even picked them up himself on Sunday! He brought them in Monday morning and had my car ready by 9 AM—talk about dedication! Martin is an honest, trustworthy guy who genuinely cares about his customers. I can’t thank him enough for taking such great care of me, and I highly recommend this Pep Boys location!

Marvin went above and beyond as a representative of Pep Boys. His customer service skills are unmatched. Initially I couldn't afford the services I needed done to my brakes but somehow he made it happen. Definitely would recommend.

I had called a few places for 4 new tires But I had two blown out on passenger side. I told Brandon my needs which would have been an explanation of Chess bc of my monies and emergency situation. He quickly said, “ I got you”. He told me what to do and made it so I left that day with 4 tires in my budget! Thank you, sir! My daughter has her SAT tomorrow early in the AM. Phewww!!! Total stressful situation…gone. Oh I also met a family from Kentucky waiting on a tire. It was a great convo as we waited together.

The guys were professional and had me in and out efficiently. I had an appointment for new tires and an alignment. I got an accurate time estimate, and have had no issues with the work in the past week. Would recommend!

Made an appointment to get a tire patched for the following morning at 9:30. The team started working on my car within 10 minutes of my arrival - and I walked out in under 45 minutes total. Good experience!

NEVER TAKING MY CAR HERE EVER AGAIN. UPON ARRIVAL I WAS NEVER GREETED. I HAD TO GO LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO WORKED THERE. TOOK THEM 3 DAYS TO TELL ME WHATS WRONG WITH MY CAR. AND EVERYTIME I CALLED NOBODY COULD FIND MY VEHICLE OR I WAS TOLD THEY WERE "STILL TESTING IT". GETTING MY CAR BACK WITH NO WORK DONE I LOOKED AT THE PAPERWORK HAD SOMEONE ELSES NAME AND NUMBER. NOT UNDERSTANDING HOW THAT HAPPENED WHEN I FILLED OUT THE INFORMATION SHEET MYSELF WHEN I DROPPED IT OFF. DO NOT GO HERE!
