Awesome experience purchasing a set of tires at this Pep Boys Store! I was near a Discount Tire the other day, so I went in to get a quote on a set of tires... The guy was making it into a big long ordeal, and then he was trying to pressure me, so I blew him off. I drove to Pep Boys and everyone was very professional and I had my new tires installed in a timely manner. The mechanics are very good here and I recognize them from the last time I purchased tires . Thank you to everyone for a great experience. I love my new Cooper tires, and the price was great too!

Went to this Pep Boys to get my fluids topped after the last place (a Mavis) didn't do so during my last oil change! They were friendly, and they did it free of charge and in about five minutes. I will definitely choose them for my next service!

Was told my car was good to go, and that “it should be good for a long time” Next day it wouldn’t start. Pep Boys refused to have it towed saying that I was informed this would happen. I was not informed it would happen. I was told I was good to go.

The customer needs to be made aware that the diagnostic will not go towards the cost of repairs. If I had known I would have gone somewhere where it would have.

Very poor customer service experience. An hour late for my appointment, but thats not why I'm making this negative review. It was the poor customer service that came after them being late, that caused me to write this review. I recommend other pep boys locations, or an entirely different company, to anyone reading this review.

Yesterday driving from North Carolina to Atlanta for the Steelers vs. Falcons game I ran over a sharp object on the expressway just 5 mins from pep boys. Whatever it was caused my tire pressure to drop immediately to 0 PSI. It literally gashed the tire. We called Pep Boys and Romeo informed us he had a tire for us and that it could be fixed before they closed. I was able to get the car towed and while standing in line waiting for assistance Romeo said “Are you the one called from NC that was on the way to the game” he said “Go ahead to the game I got your information & will be in touch”! We was still able to make it to the game while the car was being worked on & they was nice enough to leave the key to the car in a safe place for us to be able to leave the shop after hours. It’s still nice kind people out there and we are very thankful for Romeo and his team for making us out of towners a priority! Romeo even took the time to call us the following day to make sure we made it home safely!!! Highly recommend this Pep Boys location!

This is hands down the best Pep Boys I’ve been to. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. They’ve always taken care of me and have always been honest with the repairs they are doing with my car. I never feel like they do not have my best interest in mind. Shout out to Rodney and Romeo! Those are great people. Will continue to come back to this location. 5 stars!

My 1st time taking it to this location and it has to be my last. I come there because of my car's inability to stay running, but it eventually turns on after being off for an hour+ each time. So they give a diagnostic stating the only things that were supposedly wrong were due to the engine (valve cover gasket, catalyc converter and water pump). I end up getting work done for the gasket and pump but come to find out the only thing I needed to address the car cutting off was a fuse to the alternator which was never mentioned in the diagnostic and only when it was time to pick up the car. So now after leaving their shop a couple days after my oil light is on and I have oil splattered all over the engine and I have to send right back them just for them to tell me that now my valve cover has gone bad but nothing was wrong with it prior to bringing it to them the 1st time. I would have never had any engine work done if I had known that to address the problem that I had a concern with was something as simple as a fuse.

Since Romeo love to advise customers to leave a review and be sure we mention his name, I think its fair to also review the negative impact from his combative attitude. After 3 years of making this specific location my go to, these last few days after dealing with Romeo has been nothing attitude and combativeness. If a customer ask a question to why am I paying for something that has warranty? its no other answer besides the right answer to make it make sense. Today, Romeo was combative by questions from me due to me not understanding WHY AM I PAYING FOR TIRES AGAIN? (mind you 4 BRAND NEW tires were purchased last yr or the yr before with warranty) I also asked how much is the tires (2) he proceeds to print the history of what he "looked out for me" on. Still didn't get to how much is the tires? instead he gets up from behind the desk and states "let me hurry up and get you outta here because if you think ill sabotage a business over a tire is crazy. after today we good. I do you a favor" First off, DO ME A FAVOR..DONT DO ME NO FAVOR. EVER! I never have/had a problem to pay for a need but I do have a problem of a combative sales rep and a mouthy grown man. He proceeds to the back and make his way back after I continue to speak to my boyfriend on the phone about not ever meeting a combative man. He cut the corner "Ms Howard what was that?" I repeated EXACTLY what I said. The combativeness of a sales rep while a customer needs to know why am I paying for something that has warranty and STILL no answer came out of it is DIABOLICAL. He stated you can speak with the manager tomorrow, (Monday). Which im cool. Because of ROMEO this location will NEVER see me in life again and I also hope and wish ROMEO will stop asking for reviews. Romeo, You poke the bear you woke the bear today. I went to another pep boy location explained the issue they also pulled my history and got me straight with no issue and more solutions. Even not understanding, for the prices I paid for warranty how was I about to come out of pocket over X amount. Let me add this location striped my stud and put a random lug nut on my tire. Its not the mechanics in the shop that get this review its ROMEO being combative with the right one today. Romeo also wanted to keep going off at the mouth to another customer about MY car situation. As a man, SHUT IT or answer your customer with the right answer. In the future don't ever come from the back asking a customer what they say? Like you wanted an issue when they are on the phone with their spouse. Be prepared for the customer to repeat EXACTLY what she/he said. It could go anyway but up. I strongly encourage if you're having a bad day and overwhelmed with the load of the work, find a relief so your customers won't feel or see it. We were cool until I started asking questions. Isn't that an irony? As you can see, I got time today. (Rolin good guy) I hope he grows from the place.

Tried to upcharge me for parts and service. Also, tried to replace things that worked fine. Parts are almost twice as expensive and they come with a non-negotiable warranty that also an extra charge. My total with them was 2500 and was less than 700 at another shop. Get a second opinion before trusting them.

Romeo, Essie, Rolin and Orlando are the best team ever!! My brakes were in terrible condition so I called ahead then they told me to come right in. As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted with smiles and I immediately felt safe! They were able to get my brakes, rotors, and oil change done in record time. I literally felt like one of the family. Not only did they do a good job, they were super funny and friendly. I won’t go anywhere else ever again. Thank you again guys!!!

I had Romeo & Z help me out today. Romeo was able to properly explain to me what I needed for my car, and help me understand the process. Romeo was very knowledgeable, and shown great customer service. I’m glad my car was in his hands. A stellar employee that makes the brand Pep boys worth it. They have found a forever customer:). I have a 2003 Mercury Grand Marquis and I came in for an alignment my car is old and had been in a accident which effected the suspension. I spoke with the manager Rodney, he was really cool and honest with me about the process and what else I would need at the visit. I just liked his patience and style of communication plus I'm a very observant person and I can tell the shop was ran well under his leadership. I also spoke with the supervisor not sure if his name but he gave me some tips on some other things for my car. This was really good service and I will be coming back to this exact location for my future repair and maintenance needs.

I’m not really sure what people are expecting for a quick-service auto repair—my experience was great at this location (Buford Hwy). My service advisor, Rodney, he was excellent, helped me as soon as I walked in and told me about the associated costs. The wait was long but that is completely understandable given what was wrong with my car. I don’t have a single complaint about any of the staff, everyone was helpful and professional. The only drawback to this location is that I think they are underfunded and the company at large needs to make some updates to the actual building. But high praise for the staff and especially to Rodney who remained friendly and updated me continually throughout my visit. Would definitely return to this location.

Great experience! Woke up this morning to my car not starting after already having a couple problems after the past a week or so. I wasn’t able to get it to a repair shop until in the afternoon and even was late to my 4:30p appointment with Pepboy by an hour. Regardless of my being late and my laundry list of issues, Romeo was super kind, understanding and efficient. With only an hour an half before they closed, their team was able to get me out on the road and my car was now starting without needing a jump first since they replaced my dead battery. Also informed me of other issues that needed addressing with the car and made sure I understood what was going on. I will be backkkk! Thank you!

My experience was exactly what I anticipated. Completed my service on installation of 4 tires and advised on an alignment, which I new I needed. Overall I was satisfied and would return as a customer.

We were from out of town and came in on a Sunday. Romeo immediately helped us and called another store to expedite a part in so we could get back on to the road. He kept us informed the entire time and was a pure joy to work with. We felt taken care of and truly believe he’s one of those rare people in retail that enjoy what they do and are great at it. He deserves all the accolades!
