Awesome experience - Josh, the Service Manager, spoke with me over the phone and squeezed me in to a busy schedule to replace my Nissan Altima’s battery in a pinch, and I was in and out within 40 minutes for a very fair price (better than I was quoted at 2 other places nearby, plus he found a coupon code for me). Will absolutely be coming back!

Worked with Josh at the Oak Knoll location in Austin, TX he is extremely knowledgeable, informative and provided a great overall experience. Bought tires had them installed and an oil change. Everything was completed with 1.5 hours along with a detailed inspection report telling what was good and what is close to needing repair or replace. Will use this location for all my vehicle needs.

They said if I got the parts I needed they could install them. I got the parts. I was ready to pay. Then, they refused to install them.

Very poor service and rude service representative. I got an oil change few months ago and asked for a tire rotation, but they forgot to do the tire. I had to wait 2 more hours for someone to rotate the tires. My issues didn't end there. Just two months after the oil change, I discovered that the oil levels were low and have to refill again. This experience has left me questioning the quality of their work. Very disappointing

The employees that work here truly care! I got a flat on my way to work around 7:30 AM one morning and the guys were quick to help even though they were not officially open yet. They had me all fixed up and ready to go in about 15 minutes or less so that I was able to make it to work on time. They’re a wonderful team and you are in great hands with them!

Haven't had the service done yet, but after calling 6 other shops this morning, Fernando was more helpful than anyone I had spoken with, answered my questions on cost, time and even got me a priority appointment for tomorrow.

Antonio did a great job communicating with me every step of the way and I’m so glad to not hear my brakes squealing any longer and I also appreciate the understanding from the shop on the whole situation with card and I am working on the resolution still but we will get it figured out nonetheless .. overall it was a good place to take my car and I will continue to take my business there so thanks pep boys!!!! 🫶🙏🏼

I followed the protocol to set up an appointment for my brakes, I got a call the next day that the technician was not available so rescheduled for the next day at the same time at 4:00. I called an hour before taking my car for my scheduled service, I was told that I have to bring it the next day or Friday. I am new in town, so I told him I have no where to go and I am new in town and the response was " I am sorry I didn't know what to say, bring it tomorrow or find another Pep boys that can work on it. No one called for me to tell me that they can't work on my car. I was leaving town the next day on a business trip and now I am scrambling.

Called the day before asking how long for a tire rotation and wiper blades for a fleet car with an appointment. They said 30 or so minutes. Made the appointment, got up early on my day and took it in. Now they are saying they need the car for 2.5 hours or more. Waste of time.

Victor and his team did a really great job on my Scion xB. They gave me a complementary vehicle inspection for waiting, and gave me great advice on upcoming car maintenance and repairs. Definitely recommend this auto repair shop!

We are filing a police report based on the damage sustained to our vehicle during its stay at Pep boys. Someone deliberately took a screwdriver to our gas tank creating 2 punctures that have rendered the gas tank completely unusable. The damage to the gas tank consists of 2 very clear, circular punctures with hash marks that resemble a the marks on a philips head screwdriver. This damage comes with a cost of over $1500 in parts and labor. We believe Pep Boys damaged our vehicle while it was there or that it was vandalized while in the parking lot. The manager told us that our van was kept inside but we know this to be untrue as we drove past it after hours on multiple occasions and saw the van parked outside. Also, the manager lied about having already priced the gas tank and in fact had already ordered the gas tank. We got pricing for this several days earlier. We were also surprised to see that in the recommended services, the gas tank was not listed. So....why is pep boys ordering a gas tank for work that is not listed and is not authorized? Something is not right here and we caught the manager in several lies. We have opened a case with the police and will be getting to the bottom of this.

We were very irritated from the 8917 research location so we immediately came to this location to see if they could fit us in. HALLELUJAH!!! They had us in and out in less than hour, no hassles, no arguments. The price matched our quoted grand total from online order, the staff was friendly and efficient, and the tech worked quickly. Big thank you to Jeff for all his help in a very stressful situation today. I was driving on 183 and my car started decelerating even though my foot was on the gas pedal. I immediately got off the freeway and wanted to take a first turn into a parking lot, when, like a God sent, I saw Pep Boys on the right, so I drive in, told them the problem and asked if they can help. Jeff asked me to describe the problem, then popped the hood, took a look and then did a free diagnostic test, telling me that there is a problem with a fuel system. He advised me to find out about my warranty, so I called the dealership and when they told me that it expired, he recommended a place what deals with Jeeps only and gave me an error code from his diagnostic tool. Then he ran the car for a while to see if it would run so I can make it home. It seemed to stabilize somehow, so I was able to make it home, driving on low speed with blinkers on. Thank you, Jeff! 🙌🏻

Service performed seems to be fine, however they did not disclose the extra $9.99 "shop fee" until after the service was done. I had an $99.99 allignment done so I do not know what this shop fee would be for, except to pad their bottom line. This is dishonest!
