We are visiting the area from our of town. We called 20 minutes before closing to see if they could tell us the your code for our vehicle. We arrived just before closing and they still read the error codes for our vehicle.

As first time customers to pep boys, we brought our 2022 Toyota Tacoma in for 4 tires and alignment, Raul gave us a really good deal on everything, after we drove off the truck drove perfectly, shout out to Lem who was the tech who worked on the truck, also shout out to Raul & Cade up front who for providing excellent customer service, definitely will be back in the future

I was 1/2 up to NorCal from Orange County when my skid plate came loose and started scraping on the 5 freeway. It was getting dark and every other auto shop was closed. These guys were able to help me out right away, got the skid plate secured, and got me on my way. Customer service here is top notch. Huge shout out to Raul, Rebecca, and Cade! If you’re looking for a mechanic in the area, stop immediately and come to these guys. Can’t thank them enough for saving my day!

My favorite Pep Boys location! Great pricing along with work quality, if you're not satisfied with the job that was done they have a great policy on getting that fixed for free, may depend on the job but for the most part that applies and very convenient for those who don't let just anybody work on your car so with that being said you can get your services here risk free. Great customer service as well! Will always recommend Pep Boys for any car!

I have had inspected my car many times by this Pep Boys shop and tires jobs as well.Cade is amazing in customer service and being professionalism.The all other staff the same have been friendly and nice and no doubt I recommend this place to everyone.

Best pep boys location we've ever been to. They helped my family to continue our journey after we found ourselves with a broken shock. Even though it was last minute, they did O.T. to finish job, the mechanic and his partner made sure we were safe to travel, we highly recommend pep boys, kudos also to manager to allow his boys to work extra time to help us, and also the front man who accommodated us right away thank you very much
