Ever time I have been there, everyone has always been kind and they are always willing to explain everything to me in terms I understand. Daniel (I think that's his name) is usually who I have seen that last few times I visited and he has been friendly every time!

Ben and Daniel are amazing! Ben helped me when I got my tires put on and put me at ease when my lug studs broke saying that sometimes they just get cross threaded or are old and they break. Daniel helped me today to get my wheel alignment and oil change done. Service was fast and very friendly! Thank you guys so much!

I got an alignment at this location on 9/4/24. I would not recommend getting an alignment here, because the employees drive the cars recklessly during test drives. I have a device on my car that limits the boost the turbo can build. The level is set above what normal driving would require. The car was attempted to be driven above that level, which shows the tech attempted to go fast in the car. I don’t appreciate techs taking my car for a joy ride when I drop it off for service. I notified the service person and they didn’t care. Unprofessional.

The most amazing people. Got a flat tire on the way to yosemite at 4:30pm… no other place would even talk to us or even look at our tire (which only needed at patch) but these guys answered the phone right away and were eager to help! They saved us and saved our trip. 10/10. The best people to turn to.

Major shout out to Daniel! I was sent to Pepboys from enterprise to get a tire replaced on the rental I had and when I called again to get an approval for pepboys to replace it another enterprise worker tried to send me to another shop when I was already with pepboys and already had a work order number for me. I was on a time limit but Daniel fought for my work to be done and got me in and out within 20min. Highly recommend him and his team!

My car battery died, and I was able to get my battery checked and replaced in about 30 minutes on a Sunday afternoon! Daniel was very friendly quick to assist me when I arrived, and answered any questions I had. Would definitely recommend and come back for service.

Not a great experience here. Would not recommend after my 1st try with them. I'll start with the positive. They scheduled me to my request. The gentleman up front was a decent guy. I can't speak for the mechanic. The way they quote you seems shady. I got recommended here from the Rosedale store because they have a diagnostic machine while Rosedale does not. They charge you a $40 diagnostic flush out charge to run it through. Make sure no leaks, not overheating, standard deal etc. Figure out the code for the problem. Ok fine. They call back after this and want another $99 for another test. What? I let them know what the problem is from the beginning and I say just fix the problem. I do not need another test. So they proceed forward. They then call back saying that it will be nearly $400 to fix my thermostat but that if it is anything else they are not responsible and can't make promises the check engine light goes off. I said ok fine go ahead and fix it. Then they call back saying that it is more than the thermostat and that they cannot fix it. This is where they lost me because on my last diagnostic test, this is the only thing that was reported. They told me that an oil light in addition to the check engine light came on. Then I ask if I can run the diagnostic test and they say no they will not. Seems very shady. They wouldn't even fix the thermostat alone like they said at the start. Instead, they weren't happy that they couldn't charge me a 2nd test with something else and that I went around that step. They misquoted on the thermostat job so then they were embarrassed and said to take it to the dealer. They left me embarrassed NOT to want to use them again. So I won't! I actually got it fixed from a tire shop with 0 full time mechanics, not an auto mechanic shop with several mechanics employed full time. Go figure!

I was passing through the city when I needed some help with my tire and he went right to work.
